The service we received at Cambridge Honda has been top notch!! All service members in the Body & Auto shop are kind, friendly & helpful. We had two cars worked on - our own and family aunt’s car. Cannot say enough about Jorge Oz - manager of the Auto Body shop.He was pleasant, kind, aware & understanding of our situation, He is prompt in calling you back, looks for the best value and is super helpful with any questions or problems that arise. He made the situation of getting the cars repaired so effortless for us. We appreciate his professionalism and would recommend him and Cambridge Honda for a job well done!

But I worked with Salem and had the complete opposite experience I anticipated. He was incredibly kind, professional, optimistic, and helpful. I was a little annoyed because on our prior service visit we purchased a replacement key from the dealer but were given a third party replacement key, and on this visit the service department was unsympathetic when we complained. (We could have bought a third party replacement key elsewhere for less, but we wanted a genuine Honda product.) However, Romello's agreeableness made up for our earlier frustration. Purchased a Honda fit from them. There were some issues with the out of state title. Cambridge Honda went out of their way to resolve them. Provided me a rental until the problem was ironed out. Courteous, good humored professional folks running the place. I'd be going there for all other auto purchases from now on. They play the blues occasionally at the place. So not only great awsome service but great damn music too!

Ruben and Salem were amazing since the first day, they helped me getting an amazing price on my SUV, and helped me getting the credit approved. I moved a year ago to the USA from Mexico and they helped me so much to get my first car, regarding my credit wasn’t that big or good.

Salem Bakabas and crew were traffic. I tried 3 other dealers. One was another Honda dealer with absolutely no service offered. I was able to drive my new CR-V Hybrid off the lot the same day. The service department was also very helpful. Very very happy.
