Such a cool spot with great sandwiches and coffee. We loved the BLT and chicken salad on sourdough. The sandwiches had fresh ingredients and were delicious. The iced pumpkin spice latte and green tea were refreshing and tasty. Friendly staff and great indoor/outdoor seating options. We loved all the plants too.

Have had tea here a couple times now when we are in the area. My tea is always excellent. The wife has had different coffee drinks each time and loved them all, the place is beyond cool inside. The old photos of what it use to be on the wall are intriguing. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back. We have been very pleased with our experiences.

Absolutely adorable cafe spot. I love the vibes, the aesthetic and the coffee. They really know what they are doing. Cute outdoor seating area during warm weather. Friendly staff. I'm not from there area but if I was I'd be there everyday. They even have awesome merch! The iced latte I had was really delicious.

Amazing place! Great food and beautiful atmosphere! The interior is stunning and the exterior is adorable! Awesome place to visit! So sad the line was so long so I couldn't get a shirt today...well...we will be back!!

I have been coming to this adorable spot semi-regularly since the summertime. It’s incredibly delicious- I always feel like I had such a treat! Something that stands out to me about Familiars vs many other restaurants and cafes I have tried in the area is how FRIENDLY the staff are. Always extremely pleasant, helpful, and kind. I have ordering anxiety and I feel very at ease here. Recently I went in and a very lovely person remembered my name! There are so many little touches that make this place unique and the staff are really really cool. It’s my favorite spot!!

One of the best bagels I've ever had was the whole wheat everything bagel from this place! The atmosphere inside is really cool and the service was quick even though they were quite busy. Would come here again if I'm ever back in this area!

Seriously though, we enjoyed very nice tea and a breakfast croissant. Such a warm and welcoming interior as well.

Super easy ordering from the QR tables, conveniently located on each of the outside tables. Very fast service but it didn’t change the quality of the food & drinks. I was so happy with my Spanish latte, that I needed to try another drink on our way out. My second coffee was as honey cinnamon latte and it was amazing! Those amazing drinks were outshined by the classic lox bagel. The bagel had the perfect amount of snap and chewiness. Their delicious salmon worked perfectly with the chive cream cheese and capers.

ps. Top your coffee with the house made maple whipped cream.

Cafe is outdoor seating only. Order online and pick up at the counter. Lots of tables with shade. No parking-- street is closed to automobiles. Many vegetarian options.

Happy oat milk latte time for this veggie sometimes vegan. Also good selection of vegan muffins (always a treat to find) spent more time than expected here admiring the art and chatting with family because the atmosphere although cool was not stuffy or rushed-feeling. Music was awesome for this 80s baby and lover of 90s emo and alt rock. Also bought ginger syrup to fly back with a taste of home.

!!!!!! 🚨 CUTEST COFFEE SHOP IN NORTHAMPTON 🚨!!!!!! I could live here. I think this is one of the best cutest coffee shops ever. It is full of interesting peeps and students and unreal ambiance. It’s an old TRAIN turned into cafe. Drinking a golden milk latte and a matcha in a passenger car with cute pumpkins and awesome art around with my love was a dream. Perfect rainy day or work spot!!!!! Chai also SO GOOD!!!!! Def go!!!

My husband stopped here because it had started to rain and they had umbrellas over their outside tables. I'm so happy we did. I got the Beet Sandwich on Whole Wheat bread (apple, turkey, shredded beets, goat cheese, field greens. I added avocado and stole my husband's tomatoes.) To drink I got an iced turmeric\golden with honey. It was delightfully spicy.

Reasonable prices for a great selection of drinks and food. The staff are wicked friendly and helpful with suggestions and explaining the menu. The atmosphere is comfortable and great for sunny afternoons. Can be great to come alone or with a friend or two, but the environment is generally a bit quieter.

I just grabbed a cup of coffee here and sat at the counter. I love the vibe! I felt like I was in a Victorian train car. The coffee was excellent 👌

This is my go to in noho! I love the patio for people watching and reading a book while enjoying a meal and beverage. I’ve been many times and have always been pleased with my experiences. Love the speciality drinks such as blue pea flower and the beet latte. Gluten free and dairy free options too.
