The negative reviews are true, Mr. Raad will tell you otherwise but don't fall for his lies. I got a car from here which didn't even last me 3 months. For 2 weeks straight I kept coming back as he "attempted" to fix my newly acquired car until the engine finally quit, now he won't answer calls and seems to never be around, throughout this I learnt that the mechanic shop next door is part of the business and it also has bad reviews but he changed the name of it so he can tell people that it was the previous owner or whatever lie he makes up. It seems that no normal people come here at all, mainly just clueless individuals, addicts and cheap livery people who drive the most disgusting cars I've ever seen, it's surprising that they are allowed to chauffeur people in those ugly and unsafe cars.

Dropped off 5 cars for repairs (beside Hadi's this is also TJ Auto Service), all five cars went missing when a repo company came to repossess Hadi's assets and towed my cars by along with Hadi's cars thinking they were his since they weren't registered and had no license plates on. The bank can keep my vehicles due to UCC rules, Hadi's wont own up to it and pay me for my cars even when I told them to pay a 1/3 of the book value for each vehicle, instead they told me to not file a police report and just wait. It's a risk to do business with this place, better go to the Casino at least there you know what you're getting yourself into.

I bought a Toyota Matrix here last summer and it's been nothing but a headache, wheel bearings needed to be replaced, radiator and transmission cooler leaking, brakes started to make noise, and then ac stopped working, good thing the winter is here already. It's the worst car I've ever owned, every time I drive it I get this dreadful feeling that something else might break.

They had my credit card for not more than a couple minutes, within a few days I got a lot of unauthorized charges. I called Winchester Police and they told me a lot of reports have come from this place. Very sketchy place please be careful if you do decide to take a risk and do business with these people

bought a Honda Civic from here recently and the transmission gave out after 6 months. hacks.
