Greggory's Pastry Shop

We were shopping around locally for First Birthday theme cakes. Greggory’s was recommended by a couple friends. I called them for a quote, and he was the most reasonably priced in the area. We ordered three cakes; two smash cakes: a 4 inch, and a 6 inch, and then a 12 inch cake for our daughter’s first birthday with a “Winter One-derland” theme. I needed them for Saturday, January 13 and was told they would be ready that morning. She was having her first birthday photos that Saturday, January 13th and then her birthday party on that Sunday. I emailed a picture of “reference” to Greggory, and requested that he put his own flair to them, which absolutely he did.
When I went to pick up the cakes that Saturday morning, they were beyond gorgeous. They were better than I ever could have imagined. The pictures do not do them justice. The cakes were perfect!!
The smash cakes were vanilla flavored with a Bavarian cream filling and the 12 inch was marble with a Bavarian cream filling. Our little girl loved her smash cakes, it was the first time she was having something sweet. The cakes were the BEST cakes we ever had!! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the cakes were and how delicious the cake was. They asked where we got them from, and when we told them Greggory’s in Hadley, they were not surprised and said “He makes the best cakes!” The cakes were not dry at all, they tasted so fresh, the filling was to die for and the buttercream frosting was perfect!! They were DELICIOUS!! He made sure there was no small fondant decorations on the smash cakes for our one year old, so we didn’t have to worry about any choking hazards. The focus and attention to detail that he puts into the cakes are phenomenal!! You cannot get a better cake than from Greggory’s, you will not be disappointed. We will now be purchasing all of our cakes from here in the future. I just wish I knew about this bakery sooner. They are cash only, and they do tell you this when you place your order, which is not a big deal.
I did buy some pastries; a couple cupcakes, and an apple turnover. They were amazing!!
The staff is super nice and helpful, and Greggory himself was super nice and friendly. He was happy to hear that I was so happy with his work. Thank you so much for making our little girl’s day so special!! We can’t wait to order from you again!!

Needed some cupcakes and an oversized cupcake for baby shower and this was the only place that would do it. Greg did an amazing job. Every one loved them and asked where I got them ❤

I rarely give five stars but Greggoys gets it! Service was great and my cheese danish was delicious, plus it was only $1.89! Can’t beat that, I’ll definitely be back

This place has WONDERFULLY DELICIOUS pastries, cakes, cookies and goodies you may want! My daughter-in-law thinks their chocolate chip cookies are THE BEST she’s EVER had!

Our guests were enamored . The baker is masterful so it takes a bit of an old school approach to catch him as he a hard worker-pouring his skills into order after order . I suggest going there in person to order a cake and being prepared for a touch of patience and assertion , a man can only be spread so thin being uncompromising in his delicate work. .
The downside is that i can not pass the area now without immediately needing cupcake sustenance !
We got a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and the suggested filling, it was huge so I was a worried - our 27 , already full, guests devoured it !

We ordered our wedding cakes and cupcakes from Greggory's and they were perfect! Everyone loved the variety of flavors on the cupcakes and their were no complaints and very few leftovers. We taste tested several different options and Greggory's was both our favorite and most affordable so it was a no brainer

We also ordered our son's Dino themed birthday cake last year and we were equally as happy with that.

Greggory did our wedding cake and it was absolutely beautiful. We wanted something a little different and Greggory immediately understood the vision we were hoping for. It was beautiful and tasted great, all of the guests had many compliments. Greggory also loaned us the cake stand which was amazing since it was one less thing I had to stress over. I would recommend Greggory’s for any dessert needs. He is so talented and kind.

Our birthday girl enjoyed the beautiful cake decorated with spring flowers that looked real dusted with gold, the chocolate cake so moist and delicious strawberry filling yum! I’ll be back for my next celebration! So talented!

If you ever need a cake for a special occasion this is the place or if you just want to stop in and try some of the different desserts that are in the case. Tried the fudge brownie chocolate eclair and cream cheese turnover they were all wonderful only cost $5. Total. Workers were so pleasant had a nice conversation awesome experience for my first visit I will definitely be coming back to try some of the other goodies

We had the most delicious cake from Greggory pasty shop today! Was vanilla with raspberry filling! So delicious and so beautiful! I can wait to try the next cake in Aug!

Incredible cake for probably a too-reasonable price, only minor annoyance was cash or check only. But how fantastic the cake looked and tasted without burning a hole in my wallet balanced everything far in favor of me recommending this place to everyone.

Got my wedding cake from here and they exceeded my expectations. Absolutely perfect. I now get my children's birthday cakes here and will not go anywhere else. Worth the hour drive one way for me!

I ordered a vegan birthday cake. The flavor options were great, and no one at the party knew it was vegan, they were blown away when I told them. The chocolate mouse inside was so good, and the buttercream frosting had a fun white chocolate tasting drip on it. We put the remaining slices in the freezer and are still eating it! Great customer service, beautiful cakes, definitely recommend!! Also very affordable

Great cupcakes and awesome frosting. Prices are also very reasonable, if a little low. They've got an obscene volume of flavors to pick from and also sell cookies and other treats. If you need to grab a dessert variety for a dinner party or just want a special treat, this is the place to go .

Greggory made us a vegan wedding cake and all of our guests raved about it! He was helpful in the planning process and even made us a whole cake to sample when he didn't like the quality of the cupcake he made for our tasting. The cake was beautiful and was exactly what we asked for.

We had our wedding at the Inn on Boltwood in Amherst a few days ago. Greggory’s Pastry Shop baked our cake for us and it was amazing. We chose Greggory to make our cake based on the selection of cake, frosting, and filling flavor combinations. Greggory allowed us to pick as many sample combinations as we wanted (we tried a five different ones). We ended up selecting a maple cake with white chocolate buttercream frosting with a cream cheese filling. Our guests told us it was one of the best cakes they had. We also were in love with how the cake turned out (we were lucky enough to have some leftover to take home since we had a few less guests than anticipated). We are so pleased that we chose Greggory’s Pastry for our cake. We can’t wait to buy another cake from him. Also, in the process of picking a cake, we tried a few other pastries from his shop which were all equally delicious. This was one of the best decisions for our wedding! Unfortunately we don’t have a photo of the cake yet, but it turned out exactly as we requested.

Greggory's made a cake for my sister and brother in law's 50th wedding anniversary and it turned out even more beautiful than I was anticipating. We received many compliments on the cake. I would highly recommend Greggory's!
