I find that the Hadley store is very organized very clean the employees from management to bagging stuff are very down to earth pleasant and helpful the shows are start the very well each time I go every time I have a curbside pickup my order is always ready before I arrived and when I arrive is outside waiting for me so this is my favorite Walmart store in Massachusetts

It’s the cleanest Walmart around this part of South Carolina. It’s organized neatly. The ladies clothing department is very well done. And produce department is beautiful. And everyone at work there seems to be really nice and friendly

I'll give this Walmart 5 stars because they have human cashiers.I also asked staff 2 times where a product was amd they were very helpful and kind.

I know Walmart gets a lot of hate, and I still think they as a company deserve to be held accountable for how they treat employees and skirt regulations, but I just wanted to single out this location and make sure the employees know we appreciate how much they do to make shopping there a good experience! I use a motorized cart in-store, and they’re always fully charged right by the check-out. Multiple people have gone out of their way, every time we shop there, to ensure we find what we need. And the pharmacy! Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful, we have taken my daughter there for a few vaccinations over the years and they’ve been patient, gentle, and kind with her.

Good store, but so sad that they don’t accept Apple Pay/Google Pay.

Just like everywhere else, they are operating short staffed. They give it there all, and I appreciate them!

This walmart eats, bus stop very convenient. I love that I can go to Northampton, then hit walmart on my way back in the b43 before I finally have to go to the hellscape that is one of the 5 colleges 🤩

I had a really nice shopping experience today at Walmart.
My mom and I looked at the spring shoes on sale. There was a very nice variety of options with affordable pricing.
The store really wasn't too crowded at all.
There was ample parking outside the store in the lot directly across the street.
There is also free Wifi for customers to use while shopping.

Kind of crowded but they had everything I needed. Wasn't crowded and once again they had everything I needed. If it wasn't such a pain getting there and back I'd shop at that Walmart all the time

5 stars... of course... truth is... thank God for Walley-Mart ❤ .. cuz sometimes it's not about the future... it's about right now... and I need (not want) this or that... and why pay an extra 2.00$'s for baking soda? right!!? Two dollars 💸 in their pocket? Or yours? Your choice🤷🏽‍♀

I currently work here and love the workout I get as cart attendant. Plus the prices here are low so that's always a bonus

Never thought I'd leave a Walmart review... but my partner managed to drop a leather wallet with nothing but cash in it. I told him to not bother going to customer service, it was good as gone. Whelp, thank you to the kind soul that turned it in to the customer service desk! And the employee asked for as many details about the leather wallet to ensure it went to the right person since his ID wasn't in it! Thank you to the staff and the person that turned it in!!

I live close by to this Walmart and typically there at least twice a week. The long time employees are so helpful and willing to help you find what you're looking for. I have sent letters to the store manager, giving specific incidents that these employees have helped me! Letters were displayed in employee lounge! Down side is less registers open. Not a fan of the self checkouts. Otherwise, you can't find a cleaner, more friendly Walmart!

Found stuff we can't buy in our county seat. (Franklin) Signage could be better for different items. Shorter people can't see them. I'm 6'3" and had trouble seeing over the top of stuff when entering the store.
