I visited the Northampton Post Office earlier today.
I was really happy with how quickly the package pick-up process went as well as the a availability of other postal products like stamps and envelopes.

I just want to give a shout out to Jeffery Coleman who manages this post office. He went above and beyond to get me my package directly to me! I was in Northampton just for a weekend for a reunion. I sent a package to a Northampton address, on a Saturday it arrived, and that address was not delivering packages directly on Saturday. I then went to Northampton post office on Bridge Street and spoke to Jeffrey. He coordinated with me, his driver, and himself to get this package to me. I conveyed the importance of the package, my short stay in Northampton, Massachusetts, and he ended up hand delivering it to me! I am so impressed with his efforts. Thank you so much Jeffrey!

Love the USPS. Careful and competently handle packages and deliveries. I regularly ship fine art photos, art prints, and frames and have never had any issues with missing packages or damage.

Always had great service and the location is ideal. I don't know why anyone uses a private carrier ever. They all have much higher rates of late packages, longer avg delivery times, and more lost deliveries.

It was a very quick and easy
In and out. They were great to do my mail business with. The clerk was polite and answered all of my questions.

Service is so pleasant and very efficient. They also have a wide selection of festive or regular packaging options. Great post office!

Shoutout to the distribution manager, who personally delivered my package when he saw it was on the wrong route and at risk of being returned. You are very appreciated!

Shipping is@ $1.00 pounds or flat rate box for 3 day shipping. Postal money order is @ $1.00.

The enjoyment of ordering online and have no clue where my package is after everything that has happened this year with covid and wanted to enjoy a gift for myself happy Thanksgiving all I can say.
