Bernice is a delight to work with. Great work, very speedy and more importantly, accurate.
She has corrected taxes that another preparer made errors on, and she has been trusted with my taxes since then.

Our family has been utilizing Bernice Lord, CPA for generations and have found her and her staff to be professional and responsive to any questions that we may have. Timely tax returns!!

Bernice is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend her!

not good with answering questions and handling people

AVOID if you want your taxes done on time or in a manner that minimizes your tax liability! BEWARE!

Despite putting my wishes in writing, and discussing them with Bernice at an in-person appointment 3 weeks before the tax deadline, my taxes were not finished before the submission deadline--nor were they prepared in a manner that would maximize my tax deductions!

I contacted their office by email April 5th, 14th, and 17th, attempted to contact them by phone twice on the 17th, and visited in person on the 17th, and somehow this was not enough to have them complete the job on schedule.

When I voiced my complaints in person, no responsibility was taken by Bernice or her admin and I was asked to leave and never come back. So after all that hassle and effort, MY TAXES STILL AREN'T DONE!

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced from any professional services vendor. Incomprehensibly bad. I'd go on but I need to file an extension now...

Bernice doese a great job the biggest problem is her secretary. Because she does not understand customer relations.Also if you complain to Bernice she doesn't get the complaint as Pat her secretary opens her mail.

Terrible customer service. My mom is 85 and needed help with a letter she received from the IRS regarding her taxes that were filed by Bernice. She left Bernice 4 messages and her financial advisor tried to call her as well. I finally went to her office for help and was told by the receptionist WE DONT DO THAT
