I had the BEST massage with Mia G today! I did the 50 minute tension relief massage and she literally found everything in my neck, traps, back. Until today, I'd never had a massage that targeted everything I needed and surpassed my expectations. The spa itself was beautiful, excellent customer service, lovely amenities. I will definitely be back!

I had a signature environ facial with Tyra and she was amazing. I had the most relaxing experience, I left feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Tyra was very thorough and recommended perfect products for my skin. Overall great experience and I can’t wait to go back and see her again!

I have been coming for my waxing (brows and bikini) to Bella Santé in Wellesley for years and it’s been a wonderful experience. Jessica is fantastic! I have tricky brows that needed to grow in to be more symmetrical and she’s been nurturing them with utmost care. They look lovely! She is super understanding and obliging, going above and beyond for her customers. She recommends great products but is never pushy (she is very knowledgeable!) She’s also extremely personable and really treats me like family. Coming to Bella Santé to see Jessica has been a treat. I would recommend her and the spa 100% to anyone!

Meghan is such a breath of fresh air; her customer service skills are unparalleled. Meghan is highly skilled at multitasking and handling unforeseen issues that may pop up in the course of a bustling spa day. Meghan treats everyone with a warm, friendly smile and is more than accommodating in all requests. Further, she is knowledgeable on how to schedule services, record product sales, and respond to customer service inquiries. Each time I come to Bella and see Meghan at the front desk, I know that my experience will be stress free!

I had the BEST massage I’ve ever had this morning with Reggie! I’ve tried many, many highly rated spas in the area and Reggie was truly a step above all else! I’ll definitely be going back to see him very soon! Thanks Reggie!

I’ve had a massage three times from James, and he is great! He provides an overall relaxing experience as well as zeroing in on problem areas, explaining what he is doing as he goes along. I highly recommend him!

This spa is exceptional. I started coming to Bella Sante in 2017 at their Boston location and now go to the Wellesley location after I moved. The service is top quality. I go to Bella Sante most frequently for massage, but also have gone for brow tint, brow wax and lash tinting. As always, every massage therapist, esthetician and technician (for a consult) have been excellent. I have had an amazing experience every single time. I have been going to Ana for massage for at least a couple of years now. She is amazing! I highly recommend her! She provides deep tissue massage, but is happy to adjust the pressure of the massage no problem if you prefer.

BOOKING - It is HIGHLY recommended to book ahead. In the past, before COVID, I was able to book a week in advance. I do not think the current situation is due to COVID per se, but since after COVID, I have had to book as far out as three months sometimes for massage. Usually it is a month or two out, but it has been three months one or two times. This might not be the most convenient situation, but it is testament to how amazing the staff and service are. It is worth the wait to book ahead.

SHOP - they have a lovely mini shop here. If like any of the brands they sell, they have a solid stock for some well - known brands like Skincueticals that you can pick up as you leave. They also have a range of candles, room sprays, face masks, tote bags, diffusers, etc that can be a nice spontaneous treat for yourself or a gift.

SALON - I have not experienced the hair salon and nail salon, but based off the vibe, the customers seem very satisfied an excited as they are entering and leaving the salon. The salon is close by the checkout counter so I always see it as I'm checking in or out.

STAFF - excellent. All staff are excellent - at the desk, the providers of services as well as the spa assistants. I find them all to be friendly, caring and professional. Everyone seems genuinely passionate about and love what they do. Thank you all at Bella Sante!

Tricia gives the best massage I’ve ever had! I’m so grateful for her: she’s extremely kind, very aware of my comfort, and able to work with the perfect pressure and technique -helping with sore areas without causing any pain.
Pammy is also wonderful.

I had a manicure and pedicure with Rahel.
She is meticulous! A true expert! I felt pampered in her quiet and clean area with windows all around.

What a great experience! James was terrific. He asked me before we started if there were specific areas that were tense and explained what he was about to do throughout the massage in a very calm soothing manner. I felt so good and the time went so fast!!!

This was my first facial, belated B-day gift from my sister. My niece was with us, she recommended your place to her mom, my sister. I had the most wonderful facial all due to Ms. Jessica. I loved the treatment & the gentle care I was given. I would definitely come back when visiting the East Coast again. Ms. Jessica was and is a 10 star in my opinion. I also bought product, after with Ms. Jessica’s expertise on your salons products. Thank you Ms. Jessica for a lively 1st time experience.

Jessica (in Wellesley) is the best! I’ve been going to her exclusively for years for waxing, and she is so kind and thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone :)

I have been seeing Tricia on a regular basis for over two years- she is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Tricia is incredibly skilled and creates an experience that is physical and mentally restorative and relaxing. I cannot recommend her enough!

Rahel truly cares about her work and her clients. I have been consistently touched by the thoughtfulness she shows me and other clients. She is also a master of her craft! My dazzle dry manicure with Rahel lasted 3x as long (and with regular dish washing etc.) and looked amazing even after 14 days. Her technique is incredible and the results follow. I highly recommend Rahel and Bella Sante, Wellesley!

Rahel is amazing! I so look forward to getting a manicure and pedicure with her. She works in a quiet, serene corner of the spa with big windows and you relax as soon as you enter. Her work is great and lasts forever but beyond that she is kind, thoughtful and so sage. I just can not recommend her enough.

I've been going here for a decade. Julie is my go to for waxing, facials, massages, and life advice in general. There's a reason she's so popular! 10 years of seeing Julie all started with one nervous eyebrow waxing appointment. She's a pro and I joke that she's my main source of skin medical advice because she knows my skin THAT well. She's the best of the best and I love her dearly😽 GIVE HER ALL THE RAISES AND BONUSES!

Having gushed about Julie, I should say that everyone else at the Wellesley location is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. When I got married, I was there almost constantly to prep for the big day. When my dad wanted to try a pedicure for the first time, guess where I brought him and where we now have regular father daughter Foot Facials (shoutout to Rahel!). Quick haircut? Always good here. I recently tried a HydraFacial with Jessica at the referral of Julie and it was phenomenal.

11/10 spa! Highly recommend!
