Hope & Feathers Framing

What a gem I now have!! I just brought home my framed silver coin piece and am hanging it today. I have been a coin collector for 50+ years but I only look at them very infrequently. I saw an art piece at Hope & Feathers and knew INSTANTLY that I needed a similar display piece. I worked with Lisa and Melissa and now it is done. After picking it up I brought it into the hotel we were staying at in Amherst to keep it safe and we were having drinks at the bar with friends and I showed them the piece and they found it just as incredible as I did. There were other people in the bar and they were curious what we were looking at and ooohing & aaaahhing about so I showed it to everyone at the bar and everyone (including the bartender!) agreed it was an extraordinary piece. My heartfelt kudos go out to Lisa at Hope & Feathers for her incredibly creative and inspirational mind. Thanks also to Melissa for her assistance and of course to Michelle for creating such a wonderfully fun and exciting shop to visit. If I had the option for 7 STARS I would give that but 5 will have to do !!! John B.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a frame shop! Lisa & the staff were so helpful in designing the layout & selecting the frame for my Father’s military medals! The attention to detail and precision, from the matting to the placement, was perfection! I am beyond happy with their work!

Approximately two years ago, I ventured into the realm of mixed-media and abstract art creation. Seeking to potentially sell my work, I aimed to have some of my pieces printed on high quality art paper using archival inks. During my drives around town, I had occasionally passed by Hope and Feathers, previously believing it to be solely a frame shop. However, upon exploring their website, I discovered that they offer a wide range of services.

Melissa patiently addressed all of my novice inquiries during my first visit to the shop. She continued to provide exceptional assistance via email as I prepared to place my initial print order. To my surprise, the prints were ready even sooner than I had expected.

I picked up two of my art prints from Hope and Feathers this week, and I couldn't be more delighted with the outcome. The paper's quality exceeded my expectations, and the print quality was nothing short of amazing. The colors were rendered with incredible vibrancy, mirroring my original art pieces perfectly.

I am often underwhelmed by both the quality and service in Western MA, but Hope & Feathers provides professional, high-end work. They were able to make low grade photos look pristine when printed, and did a beautiful job framing - All with warm, responsive service.

A five-star framing experience. My third major print framed with Hope & Feathers and it is, once again, a truly beautiful work of art. An heirloom, really. The amount of time offered by the team in designing the frame, choosing the finish, determine the glass, etc. was so very generous. And the perfection of the work is really quite impressive. I’ve gotten multiple smaller items framed here at H&F as well with the same amount of TLC. I’ll never use another frame shop, H&F is the absolute best!

Had five of my images framed with Michelle’s help. Loved what we came up with. Prices commensurate with the product. That is worth the money. Service top notch. Personable and professional, steeped in a creative perspective.

If you are looking for any frame work to be done…this is THE place for it. Amazing customer service, detail- oriented. And transparent on pricing no hidden charges! I had this painting rolled up for 6 years…always wanted to get it framed and never got around to it. Now that I have I’m just so happy and wished I did it sooner here. They wrapped the painting and because I was so indecisive of the frame color/style they said I could come back for the final decision on the frame. When the order was ready they were not hassling me as I couldn’t get there until a week later. Like I said, this place is amazing! Highly recommend ❤

I love working with Hope and Feathers. I bring them lots of watercolor paintings and I am always 100% confident they will come back looking great! They are attentive listeners and flexible about any particular needs. At the same time, I often drop off a new painting and essentially just say, "Frame this, please," and when I come back to pick it up, it is always beautifully framed with something new, unique, and perfectly suited to the work. I recommend them without reservation.

I had three odd size, very old pictures. They had been hanging in a barn tack room for over thirty years. There were actual spider webs inside the frames. Hope & Feathers did an amazing job! All the pics were matted and framed beautifully! They even gave me everything I needed to hang the pictures-including small rubber dots on the back to prevent tilting. Will be using them for any future framing!

Best framers in the valley! Michelle and her staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a long time customer and have had them frame dozens of pieces. They never disappoint.

After H&F had done a few framing jobs for us, we'd go nowhere else. Very helpful and sensitive staff -- everyone seems to have a good eye for color and for frames that complement a picture (rather than overwhelm it). They're also more than willing to accommodate your particular needs... like when we came in with a bunch of frames we'd inherited and wanted to use. When the matt that came with one broke, they found a closely matching matt of better quality and used it without charging us.
