Bought my Kia Sorento from the dealer. It was worth it. Car runs nicely 2 years after the purchase with just regular maintainence. Dealing with gentleman Alex at the dealership was a good experience as well, I liked his passion about cars of various kinds, had nice convos about cars while there. I liked the way how car had pre-sale procedures and it was very clean.

Two weeks ago my son purchased a very used vehicle from this dealership that had 140,000 miles, thus not apparently covered by lemon laws in Mass.
A few days later the radiator cracked and had to be replaced. Wheeler Dealer did the replacement for a very nominal charge even though they technically were not required to do so. The number one concern most people probably have with used car dealerships is, "are they honest?" To this question I would say "YES."
