This place is great in every way. Parking is easy, rooms are very quiet, staff is friendly, we will be staying here several more times over the next 2 years. I highly recommend this place

Convenient location, easy to reach.
Shuttle service to Alewife station and Harvard Square very helpful.
Lounge and garden very nice for informal enjoyment as well as small meetings.
Meeting room convenient and pleasant if not very private.
Room, bed and bath just fine.
Best was the friendly, welcoming, excellent service of all the staff.

The staff at the Freepoint Hotel were exceptional - friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are held to a high standard of cleanliness and were neat, tidy and quiet. There are some great restaurants within walking distance and having a CVS across the street was very handy. Thank you for a great stay!

Had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Stayed for a work event, and the experience was excellent. A special thank you to staff members, Noah and Yodit at the front desk. Extremely warm, friendly and helpful to all of my needs. It made the stay extra special so I am grateful for their efforts. Can't wait to stay there again!

Great hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the gym has everything one could need to get a solid workout in. The restaurant serves a very delicious menu. Very fresh options. I would recommend for anyone staying in the Boston area. The hotel is walkable to the near T station and plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and stores.

Clean hotel that offered breakfast and lunch to our group during a business conference. Staff went above and beyond and was always very friendly and super helpful. Yodit (front desk) and Marta (housekeeping) are keepers and what makes this hotel great!

Everything about our stay was nothing short of amazing. Check in was a breeze and friendly. Yodit provided recommendations and provided information on what was in the area. Noah helped when we felt our room was cold. He came right up and continued to make sure we were comfortable. Maria at the bar was very personable and her drinks were amazing!

Room fit our needs and was very clean. Fridge, safe, and full size toiletries.

Overall, home away from home with friendly and caring staff!

Plenty to do in the area and close to highways. Starbucks attached to building and DD in walking distance. Will be back!

Very accommodating with luaggages storage when we arrived 8AM on the check-in day. Free coffee and water throughout the day. Friendly, helpful, and courteous hotel staff! Good location with meeting relatives and for sightseeing! Starbucks inside the hotel was a plus! A couple of shopping mall within walking distance.

We hosted a group of 30 here and it was one of the best experiences, absolutely above and beyond service! Everyone had only good things to say, the customer service was the best, the rooms were great and the shuttle service was a great bonus. The attached Starbucks was also a favorite. The location is also great with stores near by for longer stays and business (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, CVS, Staples), as well as several restaurants to choose from and Harvard so close.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were accessible and helpful. Conveniently next to Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Be aware that parking is a little extra ($20 per night).

Such a great find!

We arrived at 2 AM and we were warmly greeted by Trsi. He made sure everything was to our liking and gave us all the info we needed.

The room (435) was awesome! For someone who is super picky about beds, this one was outstanding! And the room was well appointed and super clean.

The Continental breakfast was thin due to a delivery that had not yet arrived. However, Robin was not going to let that stop her from giving us a great experience! She made us fresh scrambled eggs and a side of potatoes. Coupled with toast and fresh fruit salad and you have a breakfast!

The location is convenient to stores like CVS, Whole
Foods, Dunkin Donuts and Chipotle, to name a few. There is also a Starbucks on site as well for those who need their java. :)

All in all, it has been a great stay and we'd stay here again.

We hosted a work retreat nearby and had a hotel block at Freepoint for our guests. Their level of service was incredible! We had several last minute changes and the staff went out of their way to accomodate us and ensure that our guests had a smooth experience. The hotel is also conviently located next to several shops and restaurants and has an onsite Starbucks, which is a bonus! I would 100% recommend staying here!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The reception, breakfast service, and bar staff were all so lovely. The room is upscale and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Freepoint Hotel. Great service, nice room, and full buffet breakfast in AM. I highly recommend it as an affordable venue close to Harvard, Tufts and Cambridge.

Rooms were clean and staff were especially friendly. Free lyft to and from Harvard classes was the best! Staff member Yodit went our of her way for me when I lost an item in my room but was still in class when I realized it. Above and beyond

This was my first time staying at The Freepoint Hotel and let me tell you; it was the best staycation I've had in Boston and we didn't even leave the property! From the Greeting when we first arrived to the room, to the bar and food there is just so much to enjoy here. A big shout out to Mitch Cox, the Hotel General Manager! He made our trip so special by personalizing welcome cards and just seemed like he had everything under control. His team too! They all crushed it and made me and my significant other feel exactly how we were looking to feel; which is not an easy feat with us! Great job all around and we will definitely be back. Go see Mitch and company at The Freepoint Hotel in Cambridge I am confident they will not disappoint! Cheers

great hotel with easy connections to greater Boston. shuttle busses take you to the alewife redline which opens up all of Boston for you to explore. rooms were cozy yet spacious with great beds. Noah at the front desk was a pleasure and helped accommodate any needs I had, and helped show me places in the city to have a great time at.

Both 3rd and 4th floor, and the rooms are spectacular for such a low price. There were also great stores around if you need anything quick and convenient. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

We stayed at the venue on Saturday night 4/29/2023 and checked out on Sunday morning 4/30/2023- Room 128.
We encountered several problems that your staff were very eager and effective in resolving. We have never stayed in a hotel where there was no phone in the room. Instead we had to communicate via texting. The TV was not working when we checked in. The WiFi was disconnected after midnight (not sure why). We did not know how to operate a (certainly) unknown brand of coffee maker.
Nevertheless our communication with the front desk was (again) effective.
First Noah personally came to our room and connected the unhooked TV. Cacia reconnected the WiFi with a persistent effort. Neal came to our room and explained how the coffee maker works. Chantal was most accommodating with offering a free coffee that Melissa immediately prepared. Overall in a mostly upgraded technological world the service was prompt, eager to satisfy and (most important) with a smile.

The Google reviews are all over the place for this property but my experience was great. Noah was very friendly at check-in and Noah and Troy made sure that I received a delayed bag that was delivered by the airline in the middle of the night. My room seemed fine and the elevator worked. The proximity to Chipotle, CVS, Whole Foods, and Starbucks is great. The team was also flexible with a late check-out.
