Halstead Burlington

We have been living here a year now. Rough start with previous management but things became so much better when the new team started and have taken on the challenges with the best foot forward. The manager and her assistants Paula and Chaimae along with the maintenance and cleaning team go above and beyond to make this a better place to live. From going out of their way to open a door to actually getting back to your questions to the best of their ability. Big Shout out to Paula and Chaimae 😁
Building is kept very clean. Super pet friendly! Tenants are also respectful dog owners which is a plus. Nearby dog park. Fun events and the views and amenities make it a great place to live.
We are happy here and appreciate this new team and their efforts to make this our home sweet home.

I haven’t lived here long but the whole experience has been wonderful. From the tour to move in to normal residing. The apartments are well kept. The property is well maintained and clean. Pet friendly which is great. The gym is better than any gym I’ve paid to go to. AND cherry on top is the office staff Paula and Chaimae, they are the best! They are always friendly, respectful, and efficient. You don’t have to ask them twice for something. This is really a great place to call home.

We have recently moved in. The apartment and property is well-maintained.
Our overall move-in experience was smooth. Working with Paula was an absolute pleasure! She was incredibly helpful and answered all our queries patiently. She went above and beyond to assist us throughout the leasing process.

Paula is amazing! Making a plan to move from a different state and not being able to visit a property in person is so challenging.

Paula went above and beyond in ensuring that she did a video walkthrough of apartments for myself and my family to help us in comparing different properties. She’s been nothing but accessible in our research and given world class customer experience! I am so grateful for Paula!!

VERY CLEAN. SPACIOUS LUXURY APARTMENTS THAT ARE AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL. Thank you to the entire Halstead office team for making my new move possible. With many challenges coming from my end, Paula made sure I was able to move into my new home no matter the challenge. Paula especially, and the rest of the team made sure that all of my needs were taken care of and made sure I felt welcome in my new home. I am very grateful. I love living here. Our family is very happy living here. We feel safe and comfortable. The renovation made this place even more amazing. The office team always attends us promptly and maintenance is very efficient. We're close to 93 and 95, and that allows us to get where we want to go faster.

Kimball Towers is a great place to live! My family has lived here for the past 18 months and unfortunately we will be moving due to an out of state move. When we signed our initial lease, we were sold by the modern apartments (fantastic view too), solid building construction and good amenities (pool, gym and above all - covered parking garage). By the time we renewed our lease, our decision was primarily based on the exceptional staff. The manager, Patricia, cares about her customers and is easy to work with. When we moved in, Tara was our property associate and she was great, always went out of her way to help us in any way she could. Recently, she was promoted and moved to a different property. However, the new associates, Bridget and Billy, are doing a great job and made the transition appear seamlessly. They always greet us with a smile and are very welcoming. Finally, the maintenance staff led by Freddie is simply phenomenal. Freddie's team is very quick to respond and always performed maintenance without cutting corners. One more thing to note, most residents are considerate and quiet. Also, the walls appear to be pretty solid. Bottom line - great choice to live!

I recently moved in and the management in the office was beyond helpful. Paula, Chaimae and Marissa made my move in happen smoothly! Happy to call Halstead Burlington home!

This was a really nice event! Very fun and classy way to “re”-introduce the new community following the renovations. Food, live music, games and raffles. This is a really nice living community. 💗💗

Halstead is one of the better paces I have lived.. The gym is spacious and have equipment that most gyms have. Like to give a shout to the Maintenance guy is on point, if there is a problem he is quick to fix it. Finally, the Office staff is awesome the ladies there get it and are always helpful and polite. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live in the 128 belt.

I love my new apartment! The renovations on the building look amazing and staff is very friendly. They have always responded to me in a timely manner and been very helpful. I especially love having access to the gym! Overall this is a great place to live.

This is a the community you want to live in. It is Roomy everywhere you go. Elevators and halls smell so good. The amenities are superb, especially the GYM with high-end equipment. The apartment has a flawless finish and the day light is in every room all day long. Also, the staff are super knowledgeble and charismatic.

We have been at Kimball Towers for over 10 years and obviously are very happy here! The maintenance team led by Fred is excellent. He always attends to our service requests quickly which is a big plus and helps keep our apartment well maintained. The staff is also very pleasant to deal with and addresses any questions or concerns in a timely fashion. We would love to see some renovations to the common areas as well as minor upgrades to our own apartment since we have been in it for some time.

Great apartment, amenities, location and competitive pricing…but most of all, Jhennyfer was fantastic! She was incredibly attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and made my process very reassuring. Moving from out of state is no easy task but knowing that I found a home makes it better. Thank YOU Jhennyfer!

If you are looking for an apartment where no one can genuinely say there are problems with the actual apartment complex, Kimball Towers is the place. Yes, the package receiving end is problematic and before I moved out, changes were being made. I left because I had to move out of state. The pool is shared with another complex. Those are my two issues.
Now the good. The apartment is super clean. There is this lovely lady who cleans the place with disinfectants every day. She greets everybody she comes across. Freddie is great and always available. Jhennifer has always been great with me and took time to answer every question I had. Even though my kids wrote on the walls, I received my whole deposit which doesn’t happen with most apartments. Not even a penny was taken out. One last thing that I wish management can work is to put some speed bumps in the garage as some people speed in there. If I ever move back to the area, surely will be coming back to…Halstead right?

We love living here. At first we were skeptical because of the construction that was going on when we moved in but Jhenn, Kristen and Freddie made sure to make the process smooth. The new amenities look AMAZING that’s also a huge plus ! Thanks Halstead team !

I won’t end up leasing here due to the price increase but Paula was great in the tour and very helpful!

Five years ago when I first moved to greater Boston I never thought that I would have stayed at Kimball Towers for 5 years. Pat, the property manager is nice, detail oriented, professional and helpful. Pat and her team made this place well maintained and enjoyable. Freddy, who helps with repair was always quick and responsible. I had a great time in Boston region and Kimball Towers was my home. Thank you Pat. All the best.

I just love my apartment. The wall of windows in the living room brighten the entire apartment. I love the staff that work there. They are so friendly and make my apartment really feel like a home. I am so glad that I chose Halstead!
