Dr. Jeffers is wise, thoughtful and attentive and typically on time, too. She keenly listens to us, as well as the pups, when we come for an exam. She is particularly good with behavior recommendations. I wish all my doctors were as good as my dogs’! 🥰

I didn't think anyone could fill the shoes of Dr. Fallon who recently retired but somehow, Dr. Fallon found the perfect person in Dr. Sorbo. Drs. Sorbo and Jeffers and all the staff are kind, knowledgable, attentive and very reasonably priced. We've had visits where I don't know how they can possibly cover their expenses. My wife and I have had many dogs over the years and Mill Brook is at the very top of vets we've encountered.

My experience with Dr. Jeffers and others has been STELLAR! They are professionals and truly care about the health and well being of my fur baby since I adopted her 2 years ago. We have been there for routine exams and shots as well as follow up emergency care - and every time, I'm HAPPY TO PAY THEM because of their quality of care for Stormy, PROFESSIONALISM of their staff and knowledge of how to handle dogs like mine who was fear aggressive- a condition that my dog has since improved these days with other dogs than before visiting this practice. Dr. Jeffers gave me many solutions and suggestions on how to better acclimate my dog to other dogs. She's a wonderful vet, and I recommend this practice for your fur babies as well!

When my elderly cat developed hyperthyroidism, I switched from my previous vet to Mill Brook as they are much closer to my home. I've been delighted with everyone associated with the place--front desk staff, vet techs, and especially Dr. Fallon and Dr. Jeffers. They have taken wonderful care of Wilson and his various old-cat maladies and I really appreciate their down-to-earth approach to his care. For example, as an old guy Wilson's kidney blood tests are a little elevated--Dr. Fallon gave me the numbers, explained why he wasn't especially worried given Wilson's age, and recommended that I keep encouraging Wilson to take in more liquids--maybe cook him some chicken broth. Prices for services are very reasonable. So glad to have them in my neighborhood!

I adopted a little Maltese 2 1/2 years ago. I've been taking him to Mill Brook since I first got him. Max is now 14 years old, and although he has developed an enlarged heart, he still runs and jumps like a puppy. I think that is mainly because of the care he gets from Mill Brook. Everyone from DVMs , techs and reception people are wonderful. The care, treatment and interest shown to my little guy is amazing. I get phone calls about him that I don't even expect. They are more accessible than my own PCP! My daughter also takes her dogs there, and feels the way I do about the great care. I truly can't say enough positive things about Mill Brook. They are exceptional.

Dr. Fallon and Dr. Jeffers have cared for my dog Lucy for the past few years. Lucy is 11 years old, and anytime we need anything, either of the two doctors make themselves available. I have called with emergencies, and Dr. Fallon has come in to make sure Lucy could be seen. They have given Lucy the best care I could ask for. We continue to see them and I am so grateful to have found this excellent clinic.

My cat Bree and I love the compassionate care, kindness and veterinary expertise we receive from Dr. Jeffers and that we also received from Dr Fallon for many years. Dr Jeffers consistently goes above and beyond and we are very thankful for her care and generosity toward BOTH of us .

Our vet for 20 years. Better than others we've seen. All vets are very busy these days but this clinic is very attentive to our pets.

My family and I have been taking our pets to Mill Brook for several years now. Dr. Fallon and his team are nothing but lovely, patient, and they always take time to break everything down. All staff are incredibly friendly and communicative.

We needed surgery for our dog to remove a mast cell tumor. Dr. Sorbo, the surgeon, was amazing both in giving us our options and in performing the surgery.

My dog had a medical emergency. We went to VEG overnight but they were unable to give her any relief or pain meds so the next day I brought her to Mill Brook. Dr. Jeffers and team gave her amazing care and pain killers to help her manage. Things cleared up a few days later (thankfully!!) and they kept in touch with a follow up on her bloodwork to make sure things were where they should be. I can’t tell you how thankful we are.

Mill Brook is also good about coordinating with Chewie for deliveries and making sure you’re in regularly for care. Very patient with my loud barker (when she’s feeling well). Well run, well staffed office.

Looks more like a doctor office than a vet, it's incredibly clean.
The personnel is always nice and the service is good.
It is pricey, a lot pricey.... but I really cannot complain about it, they are so good at their job and they give such good advice.
They are really gentle too, my dog doesn't even wink when they perform all sort of examination on him.

We’ve been going here for over 15 years. Kevin and his team are caring and thoughtful. Never have we been forced into products or services that weren’t needed. Kevin was also there for us when we had to our our first dog down due to age and health issues. Highly recommend.

Doctor Fallon was great! My dog has an enormous anxiety issue, and he suggested we did bloodwork, which revealed a thyroid issue! Better yet, he worked with my anxious dog so he would be comfortable during the examination. Thank you!

From the Veterinarians to the Vet Techs, the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. We recently adopted our dog a month ago and have since begun taking him to Mill Brook. The staff were able to answer most of questions as well as able to refer us to specialists. We look forward to the quality care that Mill Brook Animal Clinic is known for in the years to come.

They take the best care of my dog. I moved to Wakefield but still travel to Arlington because I know how much they care for her. Highly recommend. They never push unwanted services. They just take care of the issues presented to them with care and warmth.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, very helpful. My dog jumps from the car and runs to their door every time we visit so I think it's safe to say I speak for him as well. They do discounts for paying in advance for an upcoming vaccination.

I have been going to Mill Brook Animal Clinic for 12 years. I even moved to NH 7 years ago and still drive to Arlington to see Dr. Fallon. My dog(s) receive the best care there and I know I can always call whenever I have any questions or concerns with the health of my animals. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
