I've lived all over the Boston area and this is by far one of the best buildings I have ever lived in! Lorraine at the office is incredibly friendly and helpful, maintenance takes care of any issues usually the same day and my apartment is very spacious compared to other buildings we toured. My husband and I both work in Harvard Square, so being on the 73 bus line is very convenient for us. Would recommend to anyone who is looking in the Belmont area!

My apartment, even as a studio, represents a very-good amount of space. I have always had a wonderful experience with the staff at the main-office, particularly the landlady, as she is very friendly and proactive. The maintenance-department staff work thoroughly, and respond quickly to the requests that I've had, in large-part because they are in such good contact with the landlady! It is likely here to involve very-positive living!

The Bradford is a great place for living! There are nice shared amenities and it is conveniently located for an easy access to major transportation routes. Importantly, management is fantastic and they take care of residents.

The Bradford’s Team offered a wonderful Luau with all the right touches. A welcome social event that keeps us in touch with each other and ourselves.

The soundproofing here is exceptionally poor compared to any apartment building I've ever lived in. What's ridiculous is that the people downstairs seem to completely disregard quiet hours. After 10 PM, it's not just the noise of moving things around or walking; one night, around 1 AM when I was trying to sleep, I heard a woman moaning in pleasure for a good twenty minutes. It completely disrupted my sleep, and I couldn't fall back asleep. If they want to have marital fun, they can do it outside quiet hours. Then there was one weekend morning when they had a huge argument. The woman was crying and screaming, making for a perfect Saturday morning of listening to them fight while trying not to have a heart attack. The soundproofing of this apartment is terrible, the materials are poor, and there are no amenities whatsoever. And yet, they charge over 3000 a month. I have no idea what the developers were thinking. I would not recommend anyone to live here.

In a situation where the national economy's in the dumps, Bradford's just itching to squeeze more money out of every nook and cranny. You'd think they'd have the decency to hold off on hiking up fees, especially when the basic communal facilities in these apartments are non-existent. I mean, seriously, if you moved in, you'd notice it all – either the doorknobs are busted with no one bothering to fix or replace them, or the lights on Pomona's third floor flicker like something out of a horror flick. And don't even get me started on the residents up there. Some couples are constantly squabbling over a measly hundred bucks, others are having their nightly rendezvous at full volume, no regard for anyone else around, and then there's the ones who treat the shared property like it's their personal playground, scratching up the doors like there's no tomorrow. I don't even know how the property manager screens these folks before letting them in; it's like they're just desperate to fill up units without a care in the world for who they're letting in. And talk about management being blind as a bat – they're jacking up the rent left and right while failing to keep things in check.

Naturally, with more and more folks peacing out, their pockets are bound to feel the pinch. So what's Bradford's solution? Slap a storage room in the parking lot and pretend it's for our benefit, offering it up for monthly rent to stash our stuff. Like, come on, unless I'm a total sucker, why would I fork over cash for that? And don't even get me started on the rise of electric cars. Sure, there are more of 'em on the road, but the same old lack of manners prevails. Even though most of these hybrids are running on gas, these tenants just refuse to budge from the charging spots. Can't tell if they can't read English or if they're just pretending not to, but either way, management couldn't care less.

And here's the kicker – the folks living in the affordable housing units are letting all sorts of riff-raff in when they're not even home themselves. Picture this: these randoms show up in the dead of night, begging my hubby to let 'em in, claiming they're friends of so-and-so. For safety's sake, we don't let 'em in, but get this – one of the affordable housing tenants actually comes down and lets these complete strangers in! Gives me the heebie-jeebies just thinking about it. If these people started causing trouble, or, God forbid, started a fire with their smoking and boozing, the whole building and everyone in it would be up in flames. And what's the apartment manager doing? Absolutely squat. I swear, I have no clue how she even earns her paycheck.

The only one in this whole place who seems to give a damn is the janitor. Every week, they're out there busting their butt, cleaning up each floor spotless. But no sooner do they finish than some new tenants move in or out and trample the lobby to bits. Zero respect, I tell ya. Don't they know how to clean up after themselves when they move out?

This place is very pretty and is in a nice location for the MBTA or just to walk around. But the rent here is a big joke Especially when nothing is included in the rent, not even trash removal.

The building is pretty, the location is perfect for my life right now, and the staff are amazing. Why the 2 stars? Because the company building this complex forgot to put the insulation in. Forget the noise from Cushing Sq. That's to be expected. What I didn't expect was to know the routines and schedules of my neighbors by the noise patterns you can hear. When the vacuum is going, when the kids are running and playing, when the baby is crying, when your neighbor is coughing and sick, when the dog is barking, and all of the things that make up life but infiltrate in to other lives. The time to install insulation has passed so I guess we just live with it till it's time to move out.

This is a very new and luxury apartment complex with good quality.
Beware of the maintenance guy, when you leave the unit, they try to make a big deal to cut your security deposit as much as they can.
They are using very poor quality window blinds, which bend very eeasily even when you clean them. We had two window blinds, which had few lines slightly bent, and they cut 400$, yes just 400$ for few lines on the blind were bent.
Maintenance guy is rude, also their management is very unstable, with a lot of turn-over and no stability. I would probably look for somewhere else and stay away from them.
