DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Bedford Glen

I absolutely love this place. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in August. We had an amazing experience. This hotel is clean and had friendly employees. Michael from the front desk was awesome. The chef and restaurant employees were amazing. I have a food allergy and they understand the severity of it and go out of their way to accommodate you. The views were beautiful. Housekeeping was just wonderful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Plus complimentary cookies, snacks. Their cookies are the best! Only disappointment is, we were back in Massachusetts for a wedding this weekend, but couldn’t get a room. Book early.

Pleasant hotel to stay at, though if you have any influence on which room to get, try and get one close to the lobby because some of them are literally a 5-7 minute walk away.

I ran into an issue with my room not being made when I arrived, and I was impressed with how the late night front desk person addressed it and made sure I felt taken care of.

Breakfast options right now are limited to packaged things, but there’s an ok selection and the breakfast staff is very friendly and attentive.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Sadly our stay was only one night long, but it was one of the best hotels we stayed at while staying in the Boston area. The hotel is huge, fancy and very clean. When we arrive for check in the lady at the front desk was extremely friendly. We were offered complimentary warm cookies and bottles of water. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. The bathroom was fancy, spacious and clean. The rooms seemed to be extremely sound proof, because I couldn't hear any noise from rooms around me . The beds were very comfy and pillows were so soft and comfy too. I really enjoyed my stay here, wish I could have stayed longer.
The only downside is that there wasn't any complimentary breakfast. But that didn't bug me much since the room and everything else was so clean and well kept and I enjoyed my stay either way! Would definitely recommend.

I have zero complaints. This hotel is beautiful 😍. The front desk workers are lovely. The pool is sooo warm and beautiful. They have floating stuff too. I had such a wonderful time I can not wait to come back and plan my wedding renewal here. It is gorgeous outside and inside 😍 ❤. I had the junior suite and I will definitely get this room again next time. It is huge. I got th a room 2 nights. 1 night me and my girlfriend for a moms night and I brought my 5 children the next night and we all fit with so much extra room it was perfect

I loved the layout of the hotel and felt the signage was more than adequate to keep one from getting lost. I loved exploring and used the layout as an opportunity to exercise as I'd rather do that than use the exercise facilities. The grounds were beautiful as well. So inviting!

Our family of four stayed here for one night, everything was clean, pool was good, rooms were quiet and clean, bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating, ice machines worked well, courtyard with Firepit was nice, however, there were mosquitoes, so we stay out long. We felt safe and would definitely stay here again, great value!

Came from NY to stay at a different hotel before finding this one. All I can say is things happen for a reason!!! This hotel was absolutely beautiful and fancy. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and comfy. The fireplace outside made the nights perfect. The pool is warm and the gym was fully loaded. We didn't want to leave!! I'd give this hotel 10 stars if I could, my family and I will most definitely be returning for the price you can't beat it!

I stay in hotel rooms for a living and this one is one of the best I’ve been too. I’m from St. Louis and travel for work so every time I’m away from home it’s a loss, but from the moment we got there there staff made me feel like I was home. We started off on a bad note our company scheduled our stay for the wrong dates but luckily they had rooms. And while we were waiting there manager Mike came out to help us decide on where we were going to dinner. He asked where we were from and I told him and he immediately went to a story he had from visiting there before and his love of baseball and one of our greats Stan Musial. It was a wonderful story and showed a lot of care in customer service. We then had a drink at the bar waiting for the shuttle to dinner where we were greeted by yet another great employee who brought toy cars in for guest to play with at the bar I’ve never seen it before but totally added to our great experience. Then we met Rick there shuttle driver who was beyond accommodating. He even took one of my crew by the gas station to get cigarettes. Normally shuttles do not deviate. Then as I was checking out it was late but cold and really wanted a cup of coffee and asked your front desk member violet and she went to the back and got me one which she didn’t have to do. This place is really a ten star amazing care for there guests I hope I come back

Had a great stay. Nice, quiet, and professional staff. The room was set up nice and bed is comfortable. The food at the restaurant inside was also tasted pretty good. I have no complaints, and I give it 5 star, which is exactly what you'd expect and should expect.

The DoubleTree hotel and setting absolutely beautiful. It's a large facility set in beautifully landscaped grounds. The room was lovely, well appointed, with comfortable beds, a large TV, mini-fridge, etc. The bathroom was equally nice. Very happy with our stay here. If I had one thing that could have been improved, it would be the complimentary coffee... typical hotel fare on that one (but certainly not a deal breaker). Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms set in very quite surroundings. Ideal retreat from office after a hard day's work! The shuttle service makes getting around very easy and regardless, local amenities are just minutes away.

I love hot baked cookies. Is it wrong that I get the cookies at the front desk every day? This is one of my favorite features at this hotel. The rooms can be expensive but as a business traveler I'm never really paying for it. If I had to pay for it, then I would probably skip staying here.

This hotel feels like a retreat center. There are long walks to the rooms and it's only two stories. The grounds are really pretty too. There's also plenty of parking. Just make sure you ask where your room is on the map and then drive over near your room.

Very nice & super clean room! Staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here! I just wish there was a microwave in the room. Had some great leftovers we ended up throwing away. Maybe bc of Covid they can't have one in the rooms? The Pool and Fitness Center are still open. Just with certain rules and restrictions.

A very fancy hotel and I went there for my dad's work party. There were drinks served in the lobby and food came later. I haven't gotten to see any of the rooms but I heard they are very comfortable. There is a bar and a place to eat in the hotel. I dont know if the set the tables up but I definitely would consider staying there.

Absolutely phenomenal! We booked only a few days before we arrived and checking was easy, down to those delicious cookies !! Our room was super clean and the beds after a 10hr drive were like clouds ♡ The complimentary breakfast the next morning was a Great start to our day! Carlos who took care of us .. a True Gem! Check out was easy and even gave us cookies for the road! Im sad that we didn't book our whole trip here .. We will be back♡

Loved the location of the hotel. So close to Boston but yet in a very beautiful "country" setting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also loved the patio & fire pit. The bed was super comfortable and the housekeeper did an excellent job. Will definitely stay here again when returning to the area.

We had a wonderful experience here. We were able to get whatever we needed and the hotel staff was extremely accommodating. They have a beautiful indoor pool with a pretty view of the outside and a great fitness center too!

Beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely nice, and the rooms are clean! Slightly strange layout but they're very helpful on getting you around the property. Would stay again

The manager, I believe Susan was her name, was phenomenal! We had a couple little bumps during our stay ( only because it was Thanksgiving week and the restaurant was closed) and she was super friendly and accommodating! We will absolutely stay here again because of her professionalism and kindness!

Cookies they give you at check in are amazing, staff was very warming and welcoming. Top if off with outdoor gas firepits and smore's kits available at the front desk, what more could you ask for. Hotel is great, really enjoyed my stay there with my girlfriend and will certainty be back
