Had a consultation for a Dental
Implants. The office is kept neat & clean, Staff was Courteous. Kathleen did the first meeting, she made me feel comfortable and had gone through the process and what to expect. She was knowledgeable & answered any questions I could have & some I didn’t even think to ask. After just the 1 visit, I have less anxiety and feel optimistic & hopeful about getting the much overdue dental implants finally done.

I am always very anxious going to the dentist. When my dentist retired my friend recommended North Billerica Smiles. I am so thankful she did. They are amazing! Every member of the staff is great! They are kind and courteous! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about them! I only wish I went to them a long time ago! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!!

My visit was great and exactly what I wanted was done by the doctor. The doctor was respectful of my opinion and suggestions...
This was the fastest work done on me by any doctor. The work was done exactly what was needed, nothing more , nothing less and that's what I wanted. The doctor was on time , I had no wait ... I will come again for any dental help here...

I highly recommend North Billerica Smiles. I literally have a good time here, every time. Like, I actually look forward to dental appointments! Everyone works well w echother, the place has all positive vibes, and they all work quickly and efficiently too. Just an all around cool bunch of people. I won't go anywhere else. NB Smiles <3 And for those of us w no insurance, their Smiles club program is really helpful, better than a lot of policy's out there. Check it out!

Went in today for a consultation. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted. Ask for my name and then asked me to wait they would be with me in a minute. I was not asked at that time as most Dr.s ask for insurance information right away.
Katheryn met me with a big smile, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. During my visit Katheryn she explained everything and the reason for the why's. The Dr entered again with a big smile and extremely friendly.
My visit at North Billerica Smiles was fantastic, from the time I entered until the time I left.
Everyone made me feel that they were there for me, not for my money. I was most important.

This was my first visit to North Billerica Smiles. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The exam was so interesting. My hygenist explained everything in detail as there were procedures I had never experienced before. She did an excellent job!! Made me wonder how good was my dental care in my previous dental office that I had gone to for years? So happy I moved on and found North Billerica Smiles.

My wife Joanne has been going to North Billerica Smiles since last August. We read great reviews last year about the integrity of the Dr's and staff, which has proved to be true! After birthing 4 beautiful children, working at her own business self employed for 32 years, it was time to address her need for implants. Joanne has had excellent care, in a process that is both humbling as well as peace of mind as to be able to confidently greet her own clients and the world at large with confidence. Everyone at North Billerica Smiles is very friendly and welcoming! The dentists and the hygienists are very knowledgable. If you need additional dentistry work done, they will explain it to you professionally. The facility has all up to date equipment, beautiful decor and very clean! So happy I found this dentist office!
