Older gentleman working afternoons never wears a mask but that is not why I will never go back... Walked in today and he was using the back of his hand to wipe his nose all over it. I looked at him and said it's one thing your not in a mask but that's not ok. His response was " Ok, Bye. Nice! Hope he's not the owner!

Just had one of my worst retail experiences with a store employee outside of Carli Convenience. I was parking in their lot to go next door and grab a sandwich, and was planning on coming in after to grab scratch tickets and a soda. As I'm getting out of my vehicle, and heading toward La Cascias a woman lighting a cigarette in a white rusted out ford pickup truck across the street (into the GAS STATION PARKING LOT) starts shouting at me. The woman proceeds to drive across the street without looking for traffic, continuing to scream about me not being able to park there, despite there being no signs that say "customer parking only" and it being a marked parking space, and parks in the front most spot for the gas station, something that anyone whose worked in retail knows better than to do. She gives me a line about "if the delivery truck comes you'll be blocked in." I respectfully returned to my vehicle, feeling harassed, and moved it to the lot for La Cascia's, all the while being continually berated by the rude woman who then tossed her cigarette on the ground outside the door and walked in to return to her shift. When I called and asked to speak to a manager to report the incident I was greeted with a rude woman's voice saying the manager was not available, and it wouldn't matter if I spoke to him about the incident, that she was in the right and nothing would be done.

Even though I spend $400 per month here on gas, they wouldn't let me run my debit card for $8. $10 minimum policy is more important than the $6,000 I was projecting to spend here over the next year. A bit of a head scratcher but I guess I'll go elsewhere..
