Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Watertown

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip up the coast. Unfortunately we came in during rush hour but found the hotel easy enough. The ladies at the front desk weren't the most approachable or helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was also convenient. Don't make the mistake of ordering room service!

Nice place, convenient to concert venues. Large rooms with comfy beds and full height toilets. Shower could be hotter. Stove never boiled my water, no way to tell how to turn it up. Being able to turn the TV any direction was a bonus.
Wish the stairs went to the lobby, I like taking the stairs but no lobby entrance or exit to the stairs made that difficult.

This Residence Inn is the best 3-star Marriott hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room is clean and spacious with a kitchen and a living room. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and Target. It's about 15 minutes drive to downtown Boston. Highly recommend it!

Great newish hotel in Watertown. Rooms are clean and a good size. There was enough parking, however they do charge a fee for it.

Its across the street from ample shopping and restaurants including Shake Shack, Kura Sushi, and Frank Pepe pizza.

Service was good however they failed to acknowledge my wife's gold status

While location was good, it isn't close to any T stations so you can't easily go into Boston to explore unless you drive.

Excellent hotel and area! Came for a cheerleading comp at Boston landing very close Uber ride 5 mins with lots of shopping and restaurants within a block. Hotel was clean and well presented. Definitely recommend for a family concerned about find the right place to stay in Boston

Very clean and well maintained. You get a room with a small kitchen (fridge, micro wave, gas, washer & cutlery along with washing soap). Nice size room too. Also you get complimentary breakfast. Right around the corner you have target, CVS pharmacy, Best Buy, DD & Mall. They have Parking fee of $25.

This was my residence for nearly 6 months and I honestly have nothing negative to say about the place nor the wonderful people who work there. My room had everything I needed to feel at home, including a nice-sized kitchenette and a very comfortable bed. It was quiet, clean, and the staff were always accommodating and available to address any needs. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but is an easy drive to anywhere in Boston. Highly recommend for short or long stays.

Great hotel in a great area. Courteous staff. Luanna is a managers dream employee. If she decides to move to Miami, I’d hire her in a Miami minute.

Top notch hotel. I was very pleased by the entire hotel, staff, and accommodations. Only thing I would have changed, would be to access the bathroom without going through the bedroom (in the suite). That's all.
Everything else was great.

Picked this place because of a concert at the roadrunner. The room was great it was super clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was the best I've seen

Front desk staff was so kind, specifically Darline and Gautam. Exceptional customer service from these 2 individuals. I can tell they are good people, not just great employees. Rooms were very clean. Good breakfast.

Great location just out of the city of Boston. Rooms are very comfortable and enough space.
Great restaurants all around all walk able to hotel. Staff are friendly ample parking have not tried room service.

One of my favorite hotels to stay with. The buffet has a good variety and starts early enough for people getting off to work. Their shuttle service is great; free transportation to/from the hotel. They even provide a taxi service, free of charge, for those who cannot fit on the shuttle.
They offer free dinners on certain days of the week, social hours, and have an on-site food truck (not sure of the schedule).
The rooms are nice and have updated amenities The full kitchen is nice to have, especially when traveling for work and the target behind the hotel makes grocery shopping easy and fast, and it’s open until midnight.
The staff is accommodating, friendly, and goes above and beyond. Wendy, who works for the hotel and drives the shuttle, will make sure guests have the best overall experience. She deserves recognition for her service and exemplifies what Marriott strives for in all of their employees.
I have yet to be disappointed and needless to say, I will be staying here for my next trip to Boston.

The hotel staff was wonderful - helpful, pleasant, informative, and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. I also used their workout room which was neat and clean with a variety of equipment. It's also convenient to restaurants, shopping, and a park!

I stayed in a suite. Very reasonably priced. The room was beautiful- very sleek and modern. King size bed and a pull out couch. Two large flat screen TVs. Kitchen had the necessities (plates, cups, flatware), a large fridge/freezer, 2-burner stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The bathroom was huge and had a heating lamp/ fan combo that was wonderful. Staff was very friendly, professional, and prompt. Very clean all around. The complimentary breakfast had a large selection (including hot and iced coffee) and was very good. I would absolutely stay again.

this hotel is really great! the rooms seem very spacious with great furniture configurations for working and relaxing. full kitchen means you can make all your meals and don't have to go out. Target is located opposite the hotel so you can walk to pick up groceries. Bed very comfy, my room was very quiet at night. Thankyou!

This hotel, and staff, was incredible! Last weekend I had reservations for 6 rooms for my son's wedding (rescheduled twice due to covid). I had king studios, double queen rooms, and a king suite. All were amazing. So clean and roomy. From a room used for the bride and bridesmaid to get ready, to a room for the groomsmen to do the same, to all be side-by-side on the same floor this hotel was perfect. Even with restrictions on breakfast, pool, and exercise room fun was had by all. And let's talk staff....When I arrived (later than expected at night) I was greeted by the front desk lady (wish I got her name) who appeared to be at least as excited about my son's wedding as I! She was simply adorable. We encountered nothing but pleasant, professional people. They went out of their way to be as helpful as possible with, again the front desk person, even offering to run to her house to get an easel that was needed for the wedding (problem solved without her having to do this). I was able to heat up a tray of food in their kitchen when I realized that there was no oven in the room (my fault for not checking first).

This was my fourth son to get married (and happily say last) out of state from where I live and without a doubt this was the best wedding hotel I have stayed at. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

We have loved our stay here. Hotel room design is unique and decor is upscale with an open floor plan and a good-sized fully equipped kitchen. The suite attendants are kind and responsive and Eunice was exceptional. We have stayed many times at a more expensive hotel in Cambridge and have been disappointed with its pool cleanliness. This pool area is immaculate and so is the fitness room. The breakfast is wonderful with a nice variety of choices. Location is convenient with a Super Target and other stores in the next block.
