My experience at all times at this store has been excellent! Salah goes out of his way to satisfy at all times! I wish more stores had someone like him!

Salah was awesome!! So helpful, so patient so knowledgeable, and so kind. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect before we left. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. I will only come here in the future.

I called in first and asked if it was worth me coming in, and it was! Omar was very very helpful and he didn't mind my service dog, Shinobi. Most businesses see her and get on the defensive because of the Fake Service Dog people out there, Omar did not, greeted the both of us and allowed her to walk around freely. I highly recommend that store and Omar, as he is quite knowledgeable and makes the sign up process quite fun.

Salah was absolutely amazing. He stayed late to finish up my phone when he didn’t even have to and he was very polite knowledgeable very skillful. He had a couple other people in the store and he handed us all great guy. 10/10

Amazing service! Salah helped me every step of the way starting with a phone call to review plans and prices. He was considerate of my budget and super helpful. When I finally came in Sunday evening , 45 mins before closing, he was patient and answered 101 questions from my 10yr old son. He stayed late to finish the setup, etc. I never felt pushed into any purchase and made informed decisions. Thank you Salah!

I went to Verizon today to get 2 phones upgraded. By far one of the best experiences I've had at Verizon. I was helped by a man named Salah who could not have been more helpful. He took the time to clearly explain all the billing details and was honest in his recommendations. The entire process was fast and smooth. I couldn't be happier. A+ for customer service.

Sam went above and beyond to help us switch over from another carrier! Our experience was pleasant and quick she did all that she needed to explaining things along the way with a smile and she was to the point ! We didn’t have to spend all day waiting to transfer things over which is appreciated. It’s not often that you get a friendly sales associate and Sam was more than that! In addition, the store was very clean, I felt comfortable in there given these unprecedented times! Sam was wearing a mask and wiped everything down before helping us! There was hand sanitizer available for customer use as well. Overall my experience here was great which I can’t say for other Cellphone carrier stores I’ve been too! I would definitely recommend coming here to family and friends and will be returning for all my future cell phone needs!

What staff they have at this location! My father is 91 years old and Sam took FANTASTIC care of him. He needed to transfer data from 1 iPhone to another and she explained everything to him and made sure he didn't stay in the store too long (his health & theirs). She also contacted me to let me know what was happening with his phone (he is 91 after all) :-) I would refer ANYONE & EVERYONE to this location - they know Customer Service! Thank you Sam for being so nice & patient with him - we really appreciate it!!!

WHAT. CAN. I. SAY.
In this day in age, I feel like we are being forced to receive customer service via telephone or online. Sometimes, we NEED to go in person to a brick & mortar and talk to someone face to face. This was the case for my mother last week. I took her to this Verizon store and we walked in and Jesse James was working (yes, that is his name, great, right?!). He was immediately warm and welcoming. He listened to everything my mother had to say, all the issues she was having with her phone. He took many steps to see what the issue was. He finally figured it out, and she walked away happy as a clam! The fact that Jesse was patient, kind and empathetic was amazing. You don't find those qualities too often these days. Thank you, Jesse, for being patient and working with my mother! Do note, Jesse did mention he does not typically work in this location, so I hope this positive praise is passed along to his typical home store as well.

Sam was so helpful and made the process of upgrading so easy. She explained everything thoroughly and really went above and beyond to make sure we knew how to use our phones. Definitely my best experience at a Verizon store, 10/10 will be back for anything else we need!

Went to upgrade my phone today, and Sam made everything so easy for me. She showed me new features on the phone and made sure everything was fully set up before i left. I will definitely be returning to see her if i go through with any further purchases!
