Hyatt House Boston/Burlington

First off, I want to shout out Christina at the front desk. Her service & amazing hospitality left a lasting impression. Room was so spacious, clean & I even utilized the laundry & fitness rooms during my 4 day stay.
The location is close to restaurants & shops, if I’m ever in the area again, this will be my home away from home. Keep it up!

Was in town for a business trip and the location was stellar. Room was spacious and clean but a little dated. For the money it’s still a great bargain!

I want to give a special shout out to Christina at the front desk. Her customer service was the best experience me and my coworker have had in years! She greeted us by name every evening and provided amazing dining recommendations. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You truly have a special employee, Hyatt House. She deserves all the kudos!

The staff have been extremely pleasant... Our shuttle driver Fred is awesome, the front desk staff were all awesome... the room are a little old but very comfortable. The housekeeping staff are all awesome. The dining staff speak no english or very little... breakfast was always cold... no where to warm it up. The heater did work properly! However, we would definitely return and definitely stay here. They us made us feel at home and they all made us feel special.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, no problem can’t be resolved. The breakfast is filling and plentiful and the ladies who maintain it are constantly moving and very friendly to guests and children. The rooms are roomy and the kitchens are well equipped. What I like is to walk the hall to my room and smell all the different dishes being cooked in the way to my own room. Sometimes it is inspires me to choose what I want to eat or fix for dinner myself!

Loved everything about my stay here, came from Maryland in May 2023 for an entire week. Have no complaints. We had the two bedroom two bathroom suite. The room was great. The free breakfast was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location was great, very close to 95. Easy access to stores (Target, Walgreens etc) Will stay there again if I return to the area.

I stayed here for 2 nights on business, & every aspect of my stay was excellent!!
The room was very clean & the bed was so comfortable. (The layout was like a mini apartment.) It's always a plus when staying somewhere that I feel welcomed, & that is exactly how I felt with Michelle, Tiffany, Donna, & Christina, who I had the pleasure of meeting during my short stay. Hyatt House Boston/Burlington will now be my 1st choice whenever I am in the area!!

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had!
- Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very accommodating to our needs. We were traveling with a baby and they gave us a ground floor room right by the entrance and close to the breakfast dining area. When we were checking out, it was pouring outside and the shuttle driver offered to take my husband to his car!
- Suite-style rooms make this place a perfect stay for families and the kitchenette helped so much with washing baby bottles even if we didn't use it for any cooking.
- Water pressure in the shower was glorious.
- Convenient location to the mall, restaurants, etc.

Every hotel should model their business and service after this specific Hyatt.

This is my second time staying here for work in Boston. It's in a great location with the freeway very close. Shops,foods etc is within 5 mins or so of walking or driving. The front desk receptionists are great and they meet you with the nicest greetings you can ask for. They also have breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

We were there for my birthday. It was a great stay. There was only one thing I wish was handled better. The heat in our room did not work the first 2 nights. We both asked the front desk girls and they promised it would heat up in 15 mins. One gave me a bed cover as extra blanket. The 3rd and last day the manager had the maitance man come check it. It had a stuck valve and he fixed fast and that night we were warm.
The breakfast qas good and nice business area with fast computers.

The kitchenette was nice also with a real stove and full size fridge.
The shuttle drivers were very nice.

The friendliest staff I've ever had in any hotel. The room is more like a mi I apartment.
We will be staying here again!

Spacious, comfortable suite style room with great amenities. Great location, felt very safe and was halfway between downtown Boston and Salem. Only downside the entire experience was waking up to a makeshift “parking ticket” on our car. Luckily, the front desk wiped the fee, as it was never explained to us upon check-in that there were parking regulations or fees. That’s something you might want to start explaining to guests when they check-in. Would stay again!

This is an adorable little hotel to use as a home base for visiting Boston: it has a lovely pool, a pergola for outside dining or chatting, and a romantic fire pit which they turn on in the evening.

Our suite was large and well-appointed, with nice amenities like a full fridge and a stove. The room was quiet and we felt very cozy. The staff were helpful and friendly, and did their best to make up for the bad experience we had with the website.

We used this as a base for our daily trips into Boston and it was perfect. I'll definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm in the area.

There for Boston Calling. Absolute luxury hotel experience at affordable price! My room didn’t have those tiny bottles of lotion and there is no daily turn down service, but the trade is for absolute comfort and excellent customer service. (The clerk actually informed me later that you can just ask for lotion. Duh.) The bed was super comfy, the sheets smelled great. There is down filled comforters so I was super snugly. The breakfast is delicious. And they had Starbucks tea, so I didn’t need to go to SB! Saving time and money. Also shuttle service to Target or wherever. The clerks are the sweetest ladies! Had a full kitchen in my room. Book early if going to Boston Calling.

Overall, very pleased with this Hyatt House. Not cheap, but a great stay. Situated near several corporate parks, very safe with easy access. This hotel had very low attendance during our stay, but the staff was awesome: friendly and service was great. There is a Wegman's 5 min away, as well as several other grocery stores and a whole foods. Our room was very clean and felt modern. Me, wife/kids were all very pleased and would stay here again if ever in the area.

We booked our stay at the hotel a few days ago. We were excited to be in town to meet with friends. However, when we checked in the AC in the room was not working on a very hot day. The staff offered another room but unfortunately the AC was not working either. So we decided to leave a couple of hours after check in and asked for a full refund. The hotel representative offered an upgrade but we were so tired at that point to try a third room. So she agreed to waive fees and offer a full refund despite that we were passed the free cancellation cut off. So things happen and although our vacation was ruined, the hotel staff stepped up and provided a great customer experience. Hence my five star rating.

Great stay while in town for a wedding. The trio suite, with 2 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms and a pull Out sofa, was perfect for a family of 5 at a reasonable rate. Fully loaded kitchen included (could have used a frying pan but that’s nitpicking). The rate also included a nice buffet breakfast and pool and gym
Access. The staff were even nice enough to cancel without penalty an additional day we had reserved because someone in our party became sick. No questions asked and no hassle given. Will look to stay here next time we visit Boston

Hotel is great. Location is great. Shuttle service is great. Food is great. Pool is great. The staff really make this hotel even better. They are professional and friendly and so very helpful. They are helping people through the hardest days of their lives with respect and compassion. My trip was enriched thanks to the staff and I saw them several times remembering and greeting return/repeat guests as old friends. Sam the shuttle driver, Fred the shuttle driver, Christina R, Christina P the manager, Nick, Alison, Michelle the Gen. Mngr, Donna, Tiffany the Assistant Gen. Mngr, Charles and Ishmiel on the Maintenance team and Housekeeping team all feel like my Boston family now. They always have a kind word and really shined when the entire neighborhood lost power including the hotel for a few hours and all I saw was steady, calm and professional staff. They were dealing with something outside their control and made the best of it. You judge character and integrity when someone is thrown in a bad situation and they all are excellent going above and beyond. I really praise the management for having such a great team. I wish them every success and will only stay at Hyatt House when I'm next in Burlington!

Great service, very clean nice size rooms, decent hot breakfast. Only downside was having a separate daily parking fee but otherwise great overall experience. Will likely stay here again.

Truly felt like home. Rooms looked more like apartments, breakfast was great, and the gym was small but functional, wish I come during summer to swim in the pool, they even have a basketball court.

Friendliest staff on the world! They were so helpful it was awesome. The complimentary shuttle brings you around within 4 miles and so handy. Thank you Hyatt!
