Nike Factory Store - Somerville

Great experience and I would go again. Picked up pair of baby Nike for my friend grandson 💙 nice experience with Zeb guy help us find right sneakers 👟 and with Jett the cashier very pleasant both needed raises great customer service. Definitely go again saw something I liked but was on a schedule so got sneakers and left. Check it out folks.

Great prices, especially the ones that have additional markdowns. A big shoutout to Alexander, whom in the last 15 mins prior to store closing, managed to give me fantastic recommendations and a very detailed rundown of two shoe models: React Flyknit 3 vs. Pegasus 37. He was also very observant and could tell that my “heel was loose” because the shoe was half a size bigger than what would fit properly. I left incredibly please. Will definitely be back again.

I'm giving 5 stars solely based on the fact that they have a shoe recycling program available on site. More places need to get with the times and provide recycling options like this. It makes me much more likely to give them my business. I also happened to find two great pairs of new sneakers for a reasonable price!

Didn't have any Dunks but still came up on 2 pairs of kicks.

great store and staff and to buy good Nike sneakers, I like the discount they offer in that store from time to time, not to mention they are always helpful when it comes to returns and refunds.
I hope they keep it up that way and don't go down at one point such many others (Puma)

The store was very clean easy to look for things. Easy parking with nearby parking lots, great customer service. Hunter was my cashier he was very kind and helpful with suggestive sales whatnot… made me feel good about where I was spending money.

Vince was extremely professional, very helpful and enthusiastic.

Went to this store on Friday .
I was looking for a sneaker pair for my work, a gentleman who was working there helped me and nicely explained me the different kind of shoes.
It was great and nice .
At checkout the gentleman BRANDEN greeted me and helped me out and professionally and pleasantly completed the transaction.
I really appreciate the way the both associates helped me.
I will definitely go there again.

Nice place to stop in thou the back wall can get wiped out pretty quickly after 2 o’clock staff if always available walking around in the floor and are really helpful

You can find some really good deals. Back wall sales are great, you can find some amazing deals. When they have the 20% off back wall (clearance) sales I suggest going on a Friday to get the best selection. Can be hit or miss but it is worth it when you find a great deal on the back wall clearance.

I had a blast tonight ! Who would have thought my trip to NIKE, after a long shift , with my husband and two kids , would have went as smoothly as it did night . I would just LOVE to point out how lovely ALL of the staff was tonight , each one was there to answer questions and ready when you needed them . Also very knowledgeable! As well as Both of the woman who helped me tonight were absolutely wonderful , very funny , patient , and even showed my son the attention he was asking them for , & that I sincerely appreciated ! Thank you !
