By far the best customer experience and superb customer service I have ever encountered. The entire team went out of their way at every step of the process. I wanted to add on to my review because I wanted to mention that I was not buying a Porsche, I was trading in my Mazda CX-5 for a newer model. But they TREATED ME like I was buying a brand new Porsche for 5x the price. So know that whatever you are buying from them, you will be treated with the same kindness, attention and respect! And I wanted to also say that Maurice went above and beyond to find me the best financing price and I felt like I was being helped by a dear friend!

I went into the dealer and there's already someone at the door asking to help me out. They was really friendly and don't mind me test drive the best out of whatever model they have. I was looking for the newest model of cayenne and taycan and both model they have me test drive were turbo and I had the best experience there is on both cars. Decided to get the taycan since want to try full ev and did everything in one day. They got the car ready and everything the next day and even gave me a free all weather floor mats as a gift. Really appreciate all the help from them. Thank you would like to return again when I'm ready for the next car.

Maurice helped me tremendously in the finance department at Porsche Burlington. He helped me find the best rate and gave me the best advice. Maurice offered me insurance on my tires and at first I refused because of the extra cost, little did I know it would save me so much. Two months after I got my car two of my tires were completely ruined due to nails that had punctured them and that insurance was one of the best decisions I made. Maurice walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend him if you ever visit Porsche Burlington.

Normally I wouldn’t write reviews but I have to say something about the Burlington Porsche team. My family Literally was between a rock and a hard Place I just had a newborn and I needed a second car For my wife. They had a Variety of other model cars which they help me select from. They help me select a 2019 Nissan Marano that was in perfect condition and fit my budget. my wife was very happy that they helped me to acquire that car which we are still driving today and she loves it every single day. The team was extremely polite, friendly, courteous and sympathetic to my needs and my budget it was the best choice I ever made and I will be forever grateful and will be a returning customer thanks.

John, Joe, Maurice and Jason are phenomenal; The GM, Mikal is great, he takes the time to meet clients and always verify that everything is goin well. Most of the high end car dealers GMs doesn't even talk to people, well not here. They are real and they treat people like humans.

Purchased my custom Cayenne build from Porsche Burlington even though I live in NH with closer dealerships. While their pricing was on par with other dealerships I talked too, their down payment policy to secure the order was significantly less that everyone else. Much less cash out of my account while waiting the three months for delivery. Joe L. (Porsche Brand Ambassador) was responsive and very thorough in going over the car when I took delivery. The staff was very helpful in working around Massachusetts' car buying rules and with my schedule to register it in NH and pick it up at a more convenient time.

I just bought a car from Porsche Burlington even though I live in new Jersey. I bought from there and had the car delivered to New Jersey based on a referral that their service was excellent. And I was not disappointed! I visited the dealership only once and everything from then on was handled virtually until the car was delivered to me. The professionalism and care shown by Jason, the sales manager, to Joe D. our salesperson and primary contact throughout the process and Michael who drove the car down to New Jersey and helped us through the registration process at the DMV and attached the license plates before turning over the car was consistently superb. When I was told something was going to be done, it was done. All my questions were answered timely.
It's a difficult time to buy a car given what the market is for used cars, but I felt that I got a fair price. And I did shop around before I settled on purchasing from Porsche Burlington. In the end, I would buy again from Porsche Burlington because of people like Joe D. who make the process transparent, and conducted himself with the utmost professionalism and Jason who was straight with us on pricing. What more could you want from your dealership?

Nothing but good things to say. I found the car I wanted online. Called the dealer and talked to JOE. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. Gave me a rough idea on the trade number for my car. I decided it was close enough to make the trip out. Upon arrival everyone at the dealer was friendly and approachable. Loved the new car. HAIDER the used car manager helped me work out the numbers that worked for both of us. I then met MAURICE the business manager. He helped me complete the documents and transaction.
