TURNPIKE MARKET

Came here on a whim on this beautiful October day and was so excited to finally try it! It did not disappoint! The red sangria was delectable, as were all of our food items. We enjoyed a salmon bowl, vegetable Mediterranean wrap with chicken, and rosemary fries. All great portions and great prices! We can’t wait to come back.

We've enjoyed their pizza and sandwiches as take out in the past. The new lake-side restaurant is really great. Service was quick and attentive without hovering. We decided to try things we had NOT gotten in the past. Each one was a winner (salt and vinegar cod bites, ABC burger, and Marvin's Plate). The menu has a nice mix of healthy and indulgent foods on it.

Had a lovely lunch one pretty afternoon. The food was great, and the location just adds on more stars to it. The service was great, and servers were very courteous and paid just the right amount of attention. Will definitely go back again.

We have been a couple of times now since the new patio was built. It's a wonderful atmosphere both day and night, especially beautiful on a fall afternoon. Unparalleled views of Nutting Lake; really elevates the neighborhood. The servers are lovely and very helpful; not just with food suggestions and quick service but also keeping bugs away from the diners and bringing to-go boxes, etc. The food is delicious!! The rosemary fries alone are worth the trip, but we've enjoyed the queso burger, sausage and caramelized onion pizza, spicy sausage pasta and Amalfi pizza. I saw the seafood chowder and I know what I'm ordering next! Honestly don't think you could get something here that wasn't delicious. Prices reflect the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs, so don't expect to pay the same as McDonald's or whatever. There's a small parking lot and the location is wheelchair accessible If you're looking for a nice lunch with friends or a romantic evening out, this is the place.

A must visit for craft beer and italian food lovers! Saw the restaurant randomly on Facebook and after looking more into them it sounded too good to be true, but it truly was!

Knowing where to go to dine-in was a bit confusing because there wasn't really signage posted, so we walked into the market area in the front in which the workers kindly told us it was around back. We hadn't known this before but it's only patio seating which makes sense for where to go. The patio outlooks a beautiful lake setting so we chose a seat closest to the water and railing and it was perfect, especially with the sunset.

The service was pretty prompt at first but took a little while to get take-out boxes/ check. The waiters/ waitresses were busy talking with so many other guests that they kinda left us in the dust for a bit. Luckily we weren't really in a rush so waiting was fine with us. But our waitress was super super nice and informative about the restaurant, we liked her a lot.

The beer selection was one of the best I've seen in the area because they had some of the top breweries around if you're a craft beer lover. I decided to go with Trillium and Widowmaker for my beers but it was pretty hard to choose since there were so many good ones including Other Half, Belleflower,
Schilling, Foam, and Bissell to name some. A great problem to have! My girlfriend got a Trillium as well. Also don't forget to check out the market for great cans to go!

The food menu had so many good items on it as well, so it all sounded delicious. We got the jumbo bacon tots for an app that was very good. It had a crispy bacon outside, and soft inside with a little cheese too. The chicken parm I ended up getting was super good, absolutely nothing wrong with it at all, with great sauce, pasta, crispness and tenderness, cheesy, a great meal to pair with great beer. My girlfriend got the Alfredo pasta dish and my bite of that was very creamy and delicious. We both walked away with leftovers and were full.

We will definitely come back to try the other food options and enjoy great beer! It's just a shame that it's only patio seating and will close for winter. The waitress said there could be small indoor seating in the same location, or another restaurant location with it at some point, so let's hope that is true!

Splendid food, good portions (we went for lunch), very attentive and nice service. Beautiful view on the water.

We order Turnpike Market all the time at work. It's perfect because they have options for everyone. The food is always fresh and delicious and they have no problem with large orders for 35+ people. They are always on time or even slightly early when scheduling deliveries. All staff I have spoken with have been extremely kind and helpful. We have ordered individual lunches for office employees as well as their catering options. Whenever we order here our staff have had nothing but good things to say!

The food here is great, we order large catering for my work frequently and the team loves it. The salads and sandwiches are delicious, pizza is great eaten fresh too!

Don't be fooled the words "Turnpike" or "Market." This gem has a variety of foods to choose from all fresh and delicious. The pizza is amazing, you've got to try their pepperoni with hot honey and the buffalo chicken. Their salads are so fresh with generous portions of protein. They also cater! I used them for a large meeting this past week, only crumbs were left and don't even get me started on their fantastic cookie selection. 5 stars plus!

Thats how i felt about the food. I tried the Medio Pollo(Half Chicken with Garlic mash potatoes and black beans) and I think i will never be the same. Honestly not what i was expecting, way beyond my expectations. I also tried the steak tips and frites and that was amazing as well. Thank you chef and staff for the amazing food and attention! My new go-to! 😍😍😍

My husband and I stayed in the area, we loved this placed so much that after trying the first time we ate here 3 days of our 4 day trip.

Alex C is very nice and professional. She answered all our questions and gave best recommendations on food ordering.

The steak tips were tasty, seasoned and cooked well. (I rarely eat steak that's not home-cooked).

The rosemary fries were bomb! My kids loved the mac-n-cheese bites.

This place is strategically located not far from Burlington Mall.

Just got back from dinner and it was FANTASTIC.

I am not a salad guy, to put it lightly, but the Cobb salad was incredible. Loved the Chicken Marsala and we will definitely be back. This is our new favorite spot!

Arguably the best food in Billerica, fresh, modern and very well executed, especially considering the competitive cost per plate. Awesome atmosphere and great views. After having been there several times, I will say there is a certain amount of chaos to the service. Since I have had different servers, I suspect the issues have more to do with either being short-staffed or their general level of experience with this type operation. Any issues seem to have been honest ones and I never felt they were being less than accommodating when a mistake was made.

Amazing service! The staff will go out of your way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. Great tap list delicious views, all set over a beautiful view of the lake.

We just ate at the turnpike market, we had sangria and pizza on the outside patio. It was amazing!! They have the best pizza around. It was reminiscent of the pizza at Regina in the North end. Our waitress, Isabel, was outstanding. She was so friendly, attentive and helpful! We'll definitely be coming back!

Updated review: still 5 stars, but now the patio is open for dining and drinks on the lake. The beer selection is fantastic (Trillium, Bissell Bros etc..). The pizza is probably the best in town. Highly recommend a bite on the patio.

This place is a gorgeous little nook with great craft beers and a spectacular view. You sip on a fine IPA (I had the Mettle from Trillium Co.) Next to a column of fire. Bring a sweater and pants if it's night or under 60 degrees.
The servers are wonderful and have a great sense of humor. Thank you Jerry and Anna!
