Fantastic food and excellent service. Not great ambiance, but the food more than makes up for it. Get the calamari.

Still just as good as the first time we went before the pandemic. Great customer service with an exceptionally attentive wait staff. Amazing tasting, looking and portion sized Italian food paired with some delicious cocktails as well.

They serve delicious homemade bread and the mussels are the best I ever had!

Nice atmosphere, fireplace. Cozy. Food was delicious, party of 6 no complaints. Pleasant staff. We got dessert and coffee to prolong the experience; we hardly ever get that. Highly recommend.

Walked in on a cold and rainy Halloween evening and was greeted and walked to be sat, passing a warm and inviting fire place. Megan, my server was knowledgeable, accommodating, pleasant , and offered fast service. Went in for a quick dinner before a movie. The food was hot, fresh, and oh so delicious. The patrons were friendly and so was the entire staff and chef, who took the time to greet my friends and I and thank us for dining. I will definitely return the next time I visit Boston.

I went for the first time on Saturday and my drinks and food were AMAZING! Our waitress Hailey even suggested drinks to pair with our entrees. Our Caprese appetizer had more flavor in it than I knew was possible and my pan roasted salmon was incredible. This is definitely our new favorite place. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful dinner here. The portions were very generous and the tastes were too notch. If you're in the area I definitely suggest you stop and try the food. Come hungry! In regards to the ambiance, we didn't have any issues with it being too loud. In fact I wish we could grab dinner there again soon, however we were just in the area on vacation.

This is a wonderful restauranf! We had a family gathering of abouf 12 people. The staff could nor have been more friendly and accomodating. And the food? Fantastic. Meatballs and pasta... large and very tasty!

First time at this hidden gem! A friend told us about this place and we are so happy to have found it! The food and drinks were outstanding. The service was great and the ambiance is warm and inviting. We’ll definitely be going back. Looking forward to trying the outdoor patio.

Our absolute favorite spot for a Saturday night!!! Especially lately when we're feeling a bit more cautious with COVID, we always feel safe and comfortable eating here (inside or on their adorable patio) and on night's we're not feeling like going out, their take out is always fast and just as delicious. Never had a plate here that we didn't love, but the salmon is actually unreal. Try it and thank me later.

I was on vacation and heard about this amazing place to have dinner. The servers were very nice. The food is Extremely delicious. Portions are a good amount. ( not the word I wanted to use) next time I come to Massachusetts. This is where my first stop for dinner! Thank you for making my first time a memorable one!

Porcini’s is a superb restaurant and experience. I’ve visited there several times, as I live close by, and I’ve yet to experience anything less than excellent. Then, everyone with whom I’ve come in contact is genuinely friendly, accommodating and helpful.
This past Friday evening I was dining alone and was able to get a table on the back patio. The weather was perfect. I ordered the veal chop special (recommended by my server, as I asked her opinion between that and the delicious looking duck special), and it was amazing. Porcini’s has always done veal perfectly and this was no exception. It was tender and flavorful bite after bite, and perfectly grilled. It was accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and oven roasted vegetables, which were also expertly prepared. I left that evening a very happy and content man.
So, go for a meal you’ll love and you can thank me later!

Amazing Staff first of all. It is just down the street from my home so it is my #1 local spot. Always inviting, consistently great food with good portions. Rodney the chef couldn't be better. His specials are to die for and he's very accommodating. If you want to do something a little different from the menu, just ask.. Bridgette rounds the place off and keeps it all together. Friendly, warm and fun. I Highly recommend Porcini's...oh ya, they have a cool outdoor patio for dining.

I must say that I wasn't expecting my evening to go so well. My friends and I decided to go out to dinner and thought of several options for a decent meal. We took a chance on a walk-in at Porcini's. What amazing luck! Not only did we have incredible service, but the food was really out of this world. During Lent, I'm used to some pretty boring vegetarian dishes. Few people in my neighborhood create anything more inspired than a veggie burger, but Rodney "The Sauce King", as he's called, and his team created an outstanding gnocchi with the tastiest marinara sauce I have ever had. Wow! The meal was made even better by our server, Bridget, who seemed to know both the right thing to offer as a dinner choice and how to make her customer feel right at home. I'm very picky when it comes to service and food quality. This experience totally delivered! We will definitely be back.

Delicious entrees and desserts! Succulent cod putanesca (the cod was buttery, melt-in-your-mouth impressive), tender sea scallops with risotto, another wonderfully savory mushroom risotto, and amazingly flavorful bread pudding, lava chocolate cake, and key lime pie. Service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner there. Highly recommend!!!

The food and service here is amazing. I often sit at the bar because Karen is a world class bar tender. She can make anything you want and if they don't have the mix or liquor, she can make something comparable. Also, she has a ton of original drinks and hasn't let me down yet. When I do sit at a table, all of their waitresses are amazing, especially Bridget. She is friendly and very prompt. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and the food is prepared with love and care. I have yet to be let down at this amazing local restaurant. A couple of notes; they start you with hummus and bread, which is awesome. I have tried most of their meat dishes and I love the steak tips. Their canolis are also wonderful. Thank you Porchinis!

I visited Porcini's on my vacation in Boston with my boyfriend. The service was fantastic, even with a waitress in training. Everyone was lovely and friendly the moment we stepped through the door. We got our menus, drinks, and appetizer fast and the food was AMAZING. We got the brussel sprouts appetizer with apricot and pancetta bits, my boyfriend got the chicken parmesan entree, and I got the stuffed ravioli with mushrooms special. I highly recommend this restaurant! It's definitely worth a visit.

The food is incredible. The staff is friendly, very professional. What an amazing little gem of a classic, upscale Italian restaurant in the heart of Watertown. And leave room for dessert, you won't be disappointed!! Lovely outside patio too.

Read all the positive reviews and had to try it out. I'm so glad I did! Sat down at the bar and ordered the veal parmigiana. It was excellent. Service was as good as the veal! Highly recommend eating at the bar.
