Since I moved to Avalon Burlington from Cambridge, all the staff provides great maintenance and service for residents. I have great experiences here. Definitely, I would recommend Avalon Burlington when anybody wants to move to Burlington. Moreover, monthly leasing fee seems reasonable, compared to other places. I was lucky to stay at Avalon Burlington! 👍

The community is beautiful and peaceful, and the neighbors and staff are very friendly. I am happy I found Burlington Avalon fews ago. Also, the location is great.

My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to the amazing members of our community maintainance team. We remember Steven as a name but we love you all guys. We appreciate your punctuality, professionalism and above all we appreciate your genuine care. In multiple instances, they didn’t just come by to complete a pending service request go wrap up their day, they went above and beyond that to give suggestions and calling external vendors and services to find out what was the best solution for our request. Words cannot express our gratitude. You are valued asset and one of the most important reasons for which we stayed in this amazing community among other qualifications.

Great Community. Perfect for families. Beautiful views. The office staff, like Nay and Christine, are kindly, courteous, and they goes above & beyond answering e-mails quickly. The maintenance team is polite and very professional, works very efficiently and effectively. The neighbors are very friendly in this community. I recommend it 100%.

This place is beautiful. But very expensive and the bedrooms are small. One would definitely need a car. For those who are thinking about living here when it comes to taking ur trash and recycling out, u will need to put the trash in ur car and drive to the dumpster where it's located and if u don't have a car good luck because then u would have to walk to the dumpster and they only have one dumpster for trash and one for recycling.

We lived here for 4 years and loved it! We moved out because we bought a house. The staff is welcoming and helpful and all the amenities are great! The complex is located in a convenient location, close to major highways, restaurants, the mall, etc., but still is quiet and has green space.

The community has nice floor plans, a variety of them. We had a 3-bed/2.5 bath unit. Nice size. Common areas are well-maintained and the neighborhood is quiet, generally. The property is quite large and hilly, and the units distributed across several buildings on there. It made for great walking either within the property or to the surrounding streets, to get an outdoors workout. The town of Burlington has everything within reach. (Public transport to Boston is a bit long, but accessible from the town center).

Leasing office staff was friendly and helpful. The Avalon community manages everything via app, so it is easy to make rent payments, schedule maintenance requests, and so on. There were occasional community-wide socials, and late last fall, new year-round barbecue units were installed by the pool and gym area.

We moved from South-Central US last summer, and the leasing office worked with us long distance to finalize our agreement and transfer our initial application from another of their properties to this one which had larger units for our family of four. At move-out, they were fast to process the return of our security deposit and pro-rated excess of our last month's rent.

Really love their Clean Sweep option: we just had to clear out all our furniture and dump the trash. They took care of deep-cleaning the apartment and appliances for a reasonable fee!

I have lived in Avalon Burlington for over an year and I felt nice staying here so far. The maintenance team is very good especially the new team Frank and Steven have been very helpful in addressing some maintenance requests very fast. The apartments are nice as well and would recommend people to stay in the community.

We are new to the community and have nothing but great things to say. The management team has been so incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole leasing process. Nay has been so prompt to get back to us when we had questions, as has Brennan — they’re both awesome! We are so excited to start our journey in our new home. Thanks Avalon!

Avalon Burlington is the awesome place to live, I am staying here from last 1 year. The team here is really good and their maintenance services are really quick. My washing machine had some issue, so we raised a ticket. They have replaced it on the same day. This place is highly recommended.

We have enjoyed living and making a home at Avalon Apartments in Burlington. Christine and Brennan are courteous, professional, and create a welcoming atmosphere. They offer impeccable and genuine service. We’ve truly appreciated their kindness, and like our home here at Avalon.

I absolutely love the staff here, especially, Frank, Dan, Cassidy, Justin, and all staff members in the offfice, for the great job they do! These guys are forever polite, very helpful, very kind and always prompt with everything they do! I appreciate them every much and that is why I have resided here going to 9 years! Thank you so much for all you do and for keeping us looking good and always happy💕

On 12/11/2023, we had a leak in the bathroom from upstairs at night, which we reported to Bill the supervisor, who sprang into action immediately, sending over two amazing techs, Aaron and Steve who came with very assuring knowledge that they would get to the bottom of the issue expeditiously, which they did. Immediately, the remediation team was called and all work was in progress. Because of the loud equipment and my children being allergic to possible mold, Jacy, the Community Coordinator, arranged a hotel with meals for the night, which we were so grateful! From the beginning to the end, Bill, Aaron, and Steve, were constantly checking on the progress of the contractors who worked on completing the job.
Aaron, went an extra mile when the contractor did not report to replace the ceiling, he called in another contractor who did a beautiful job. Bill, Aaron, Steve, and Jacy, thank you for making us feel comfortable in our home❤

Avalon is a great place to live for families. It was an amazing experience to live there for one year, from move-in to move-out everything was very smooth. Brenan from leasing office is very courteous, and not to forget maintenance is very quick, Thank you Justin and Steven.

My experience here has been positive from the first day we walked in and was greeted and treated professionally. Apartment is beautiful and well maintained. Our office person Steve great face for the complex and great at what he does. The maintenance staff are all amazing. Quick response when you put in a work order, courteous, respectful and efficient! I’m a very happy Avalon Burlington resident!!!

Really nice, clean and beautiful environment to live! Maintenance team is great and helpful, especially Mark and Justin are really friendly and nice to us all the time. We had a problem with our washing machine and They replaced our washer really quickly( in a day) and we really appreciate for that! This is a great place to live!

Having owned our own home for over 40 years we were somewhat apprehensive about moving into an apartment. However, after the first two months we couldn’t be more pleased with how things have turned out here at Avalon Arboretum. Our apartment was fresh and clean, the office staff is very efficient, very friendly and always eager to help. The two small requests we had for the maintenance staff were handled quickly and with a smile. The hallways are always clean and the grounds so well maintained. The overall setting is quite pretty with most of the buildings surrounded by trees, makes taking walks quite pleasant and the view from our balcony very nice. The system for receiving packages is great with the Amazon Hub room and the office staff helping as well. So, not sure what other apartment complexes are like, but glad we picked this one.

I have been at Avalon Burlington now for almost 3 years now and I love it! The Office and Maintenance personnel are amazing. They are always willing to help with any questions and maintenance takes care of any problems a timely fashion. The environment is safe and clean. It is a very quiet place and I personally have never had any issues here. The gym and pool are a plus and all the attractions the Office Staff have for the residents are an extra bonus! I would recommend this place to anyone, young folks, couples and families!

We were nervous about moving in to an apartment sight unseen but were pleasantly surprised by how clean, updated, and spacious it was. The staff is very friendly and all we have met are professional, supportive, and extremely responsive. Moving to Avalon has been a great experience all the way around!
