Concord Avenue Cafe

Wonderful restaurant! I am about to graduate college and I have been eating here with my family and friends since I was a baby. The people who work here are the kindest people you will ever meet and the food is delicious! There are tons of options for eaters of all kinds. My favorite items are the Dan Dan noodles, dumplings, and smoothies. It’s my favorite place to eat in the Boston are and you definitely don’t want to miss it! It’s located in the middle of a beautiful part of Cambridge and very easily accessible. It’s a very walkable area and this place is the perfect pit stop mid walk. I will continue eating here for as long as I can :)

You can’t not smile when you go into this spot and you’re certainly smiling once you leave! The service is fantastic, so warm and welcoming and the food is delicious! I sat on the lovely patio and had my mango bubble tea and their taiwanese bento box with Chinese sausage, which was all AMAZING. It’s so rare to find spots that serve Chinese sausage and it was perfection. You can tell everything is made fresh to order and that the people running it are an integral part of the community just from overhearing them chat with customers, checking in on people and how they have been since they last saw them. I’m already looking forward to when I get to stop by again and try more of their tasty food and drinks!

Popped in on a whim for boba and a muffin and am glad I did! The lavender earl grey was great. Seems to be run by really sweet people—they gave me some cute little candies along with my purchases which was a nice touch. And whatever they were cooking smelled really awesome, so I think I’ll be back to try some of their food :)

Quick service, nice folks, adequate prices, and good noodles.

Zhajiang noodles are where it's at. Somewhat spicy, cooled by the cucumbers, plenty of each ingredient. Just a great item.

Rose milk tea is the best of the teas I've tried so far, but I am not a huge fan of Boba teas, so take that with a grain of salt.

Dan Dan noodles were different than others I've had. Not in a bad way, but I definitely prefer the Zhajiang noodles. These were very peanut flavored, and the ones I received were somewhat dry. This might be by design, I just wasn't a huge fan of this interpretation.

delicious! I wish they had a fresh salad in addition to/instead of the pickled vegetables, but everything was quite good.

Cozy little cafe with great food and ambiance. They have some great Vegetarian options and the owners were so welcoming.

I feel lucky to have such a cool little place to get bento boxes or bubble teas on my way home from work. The people are always friendly. It's right next to the bus stop which is very convenient. They also have a bunch of neat handmade items to buy inside. So unique!

I love this cafe! The owners are Taiwanese and so so sweet and kind, really friendly, brought me my drink directly, and the decor is beautiful with lots of plants. It’s not super loud so you can do work or chat with a friend, but it still feels lively. The honeydew bubble tea I ordered tasted really fresh like they blended up actual honeydew fruit, much better than all the chain boba stores in Greater Boston. I’m really happy to support a local Cambridge business!

We live down the street and get lunch here all the time! Super nice people, fast service, and excellent food.

Been here half a dozen times and the bento box is good every time. It's a nice mix of salty meat and sour pickled vegetables with a hearty serving of rice- I particularly like the Chinese sausage one.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Best boba in the area, my almond milk tea reminded me of Taiwan. Shared a bento box with char siu pork with a couple of friends which was delicious. So excited to try other dishes and boba flavors! Family owned and so so good. Many really cute knitted gifts as well. I will be back very soon!!!

The food, cafe and lastly, the owners are the best! It’s a must visit :), one of the best and humble cafes in Cambridge!!

We found this corner gem after recently moving to the area. The dumplings are second to none. Simple, healthy food. Looking forward to working through the whole menu. The staff members are absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

I grew up around the corner from this cafe. They must have started my lifelong affinity for dumplings from the early age of 1 or 2. I’ve lived in some cities with incredible food but I always come back to this spot in Cambridge at least twice a visit when I’m home. I’m happy to see they’re persevered and made it through the pandemic. Simple, high quality homemade meals made by kind people. The dumplings are amazing, with the added power of my nostalgia. Home!

Excellent, affordable cafe with a focused menu full of great lunch (or dinner) options. It’s almost hard to believe you can get a hearty, filling bento box here for $10 when a short walk down the street will have you paying $20 for a sandwich, but that’s how it is. I can’t recommend this place enough. A neighborhood gem.

The best Taiwanese food spot in Boston! Must try their beef noodles! They also sell lovely handmade bobble hats/beanies(the one I wear in the pic) and scarfs🧣

This place is fantastic!! The interior is cozy with a lot of natural light, and the food and bubble tea are both excellent. I’m definitely going to be coming regularly from now on!
