Zeffiro's Pizzeria Downtown

This is the best pizza in Las Cruces. Wood fired. Delicious crust. Unique and flavorful topping. The Pesto is divine. The Blanco is the best I have had in years. Even the cheese was top shelf good.
Full bar and tasty libations add to the joy of this experience. Oh, and the SERVICE!! Exceptional, attentive, efficient and effective! These folks train a great staff.
Just come eat, enjoy, and relax!

Quaint little cozy restaurant with absolutely delicious pizza. Miranda, our server, was super nice and energizing to be around. She took great care of us and the pizza was fantastic. Highly recommend The Philly and The Blanco

“Please only fill his water glass 3/4 full“. That was our request during our visit to Zeffiro’s more than six weeks ago. Chris was our server then. We returned today. We have a family member with special needs, and it’s difficult for him to drink when water glasses in restaurants are filled all the way to the top. Today we made no mention of the water glass and he didn’t ask. But Chris was our server again and when he delivered both the water and the lemonade, they were each 3/4 full. That is excellence. That is attention to detail. Chris had a little bump in his tip tonight. Excellence is rewarded.

Might be the best culinary experience in Las Cruces, the food was amazing, unfortunately the food looked too good to even wait to take a picture, you dig right into your meal. Ask for Jared, he was awesome, very professional server. Everyone had smiles when you walk in, highly recommended. The picture should speak for itself. Delicious.

Can we give 6 stars? I hadn't been to Zeffiros in years and had forgotten how good the pizza is. The chew in the crust, the slight char from the brick oven fire, the fresh cheese which leads to that glorious cheese pull lol. Great staff, our waiter was very attentive and friendly. This place serves one of the best brick oven pizzas in LC.

Whenever we go here we are treated like family, I mean straight up it’s like seeing old friends that we have known for years despite only finding out about this place last year. It’s become our favorite place to eat in town, management always comes and checks on us and has a good old chat about life with us, the food is bomb (we have tried a variety of pizzas and pastas, deserts and drinks and lemme tell yah, it’s cooked with love) and the atmosphere is amazing. Quiet little restaurant with a lot going on. Waiters, waitresses, and bar staff are also very kind and welcoming.

Was in town for one night to run a race and found this gem for the pre-run pasta dinner. Delicious food and wonderful service. Our waiter Christopher was a delight, as was the rest of the staff.

We really enjoyed the food, customer service, and ambience of this restaurant. We had a nice booth which was perfect seating with our active 5 yr old. The food reminds us of the quality we had when visiting Italy. No complaints, we'll go back again!

It was soo good. Had a side ceasar salad too but ate it before I could take a pic. Delicious dressing on that. Service was great too. Nice vibe. Definitely will return for more pizza.

One thing I love about visiting New Mexico is seeing the different ways they use green chile in their dishes. I came across the Zeffiro pasta and made a great choice ordering it. I would never have thought of Alfredo sauce, green chile, and prosciutto being a combination but it is a superb one! I loved the slight spice of the green chile and the crispy crunchiness of the prosciutto.
Service was good, waiter was attentive, no complaints there.

The service was great, in the future we will definitely be making a reservation because the wait got pretty long. The food was so good and so well prepared and the drinks were spectacular! It is on the more expensive side but well worth it!

The new owner has really improved something that was already great. The remodel is spectacular and the ambiance is fresh and inviting. The food is excellent from the pizzas to the pastas and salads its all great. The staff is friendly and attentive. I'm glad to see this place is surviving the pandemic and I hope it continues to do so.

Had the butter board, nosh board, the Lemon Asparagus pizza, and ended with tiramisu. (Didn't get pics of anything except the dessert.) Everything was delicious! Service was fantastic (props to Thomas)! Atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend going here!!!

Came to eat dinner on Wednesday night. Got a seat super quick. Server was very attentive. I ordered the 10" Pesto Pesto pizza with Chicken. Was DELICIOUS! Also ordered at our table was the Pistol Pete with Green Chile. That one was good as well! will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this restaurant! Atmosphere is great , food is even better and it is inexpensive. Definitely would recommend as one of the best restaurants in las cruces . Can’t wait for the new restaurant to open up! . Try the Las Cruces pizza , or the lasagna 10/10 .

Loved Zeffiro's!! It's been hard to find a decent veg-friendly pizza place in LC. Zeffiros was 100% better than Dion's, NYP, etc. Our new go-to for pizza! Our server was also great, I think her name was Justine. We ordered the Greek pizza without cheese and they even offered a vegan cheese for those that eat that stuff. The crust was perfect & the price was good! Oh and they even had cheap beers. :)

Excellent! Food, and service. Guaranteed to be a favorite!! Pictured Capresi ( not a good shot, but good enough...) Anddddd, drumroll....Lemon, Asparagus, prosciutto with red onions pizza! Dined on the patio as we are not dining in, and it was perfect!!

They accepted us 15 minutes before closing and were so accommodating to my dairy free nephew. Best group of employees and managers in town. Highly recommend!
