The last time I came I was talking to my cashier and I said your so pleasant I’ll tell the manager and he was the owner . Even the owner is humble and kind.

Didn't even take them 5 mins total from start to finish to get my order and it was hot, everything made to order and tastes delicious.

Good ice cream as always, friendly atmosphere and good service! I drove from Cambridge (45 mins drive) to have some DQ as I had not in a few years and it definitely sufficed.

Awesome place for lunch. Fresh food and fast in an out. Sane price as micky Ds yet a lot taster food. You won't be sorry 😐

Staff was super kind and friendly, even after dealing with the door dash woman from hell lol. The guy working the counter was extremely helpful with choosing food items for a child with special dietary needs. Great experience all around!

Was very impressed with this place. There was a sign that indicated that staff was new so be patient. However, the staff of teenagers were had working and provided excellent service. They were friendly and very professional. The restaurant was clean and the food was good.

It's a real calorie festival, but it's worth the splurge every once in a while. Those blizzards are insanely delicious, as are the chicken tender meals and burgers. My daughter said the chicken tender meal with all the sundry sauces was even better than Chic-fil-a. The ultimate compliment!

Shared family night in the car with our 2 kids for almost 2 hours, just hanging out in the parking lot. Food was phenomenal ordered thru the app, drive thru, order was perfect. Went back thru a second time for dessert, parking lot, 2 teenage girls, and everything was so quick and nice that the conversation took over. This is what fast food was meant for. Thank you!!! Drove 30 each way, worth it.

My son and I come here for for lunch and ice cream often. The service is speedy, the employees are polite, and the food is good. I also appreciate the value - low price for a better -than-fast-food burger and fries. Oh the Blizzards are the best!

The soft serve ice cream treats are great, but the hidden gem is that the food is surprisingly good too! Lots of options and perfect for a quick bite with the kids. Good value and friendly service. Outdoor seating in the summer is great as well. One of our family favorites.

They have the best chicken fingers, not overly seasoned. And I love there onion rings, very crunchy. The hamburgers are flambroiled and so good. I give them 5 stars because there food is so much better then other fast food restaurants. It's just so yummy!👅

This store was experiencing their first night with new electronics... The manager/owner was on the floor along side her crew. Their was a problem with the registers and she took very good care of us and the situation. Thank you!! We have been to this location in the past. Always clean, friendly and delish!! Highly recommend.

We drove quite a while out of our way from our travel home from Boston to NY because our son wanted to try DQ and have a blizzard. The $5 meal was hot, fresh and fantastic for the price and our son certainly enjoyed his Peanut Butter Reese's Blizzard. But we were even more impressed with the pleasant and professional service we got from Daniel. I can assure you it has been a long time since we got such friendly service at a fast food chain like that.

Who doesn't like ice cream. Always seems to be pretty quick through the drive-thru except painful in the summer when cars stretch down on 126 just to get in the parking lot. Unbelievably I would say this is due to the fact it's one of the only ice cream places near Framingham. Are cities supposed to be dry and inhibited?

Dairy Queen is the best place to get ice cream in or near Ashland. Both the grilled food and the ice cream is always very well made. And you can't beat their prices, everything is very fairly priced. The service is some of the best around, every employee is polite, looks happy to be there and they do a good job of making your food and they get it to you quickly. The food, the prices, and the service are all great at this Dairy Queen.

You can't really go wrong with this place you get what you pay for the food is of price appropriate quality and it makes me happy to eat there when I'm feeling bad about myself. Nothing makes you feel better than a high-calorie burger washdown with some equally high calorie ice cream.

I’ve been coming to DQ in Ashland since I was 3 years old never had a bad experience. The food and ice cream is great. The staff is friendly and kind very out going. I know the manager personally and he is also very friendly and helpful. I’m going to continue to come here .

Forget the negative reviews here. This is Dairy Queen and it's in the Metro West. I lived in Boston where we had none. This is open year round. Without question the best soft serve anywhere. And a drive thru too! Food is good here too. Great burgers and chicken sandwiches with healthy choice options.
