I recently had 2 separate encounters with customer service. Deb handled both of them. Outstanding customer service! The first time it was mad crazy. You would never have known it. Attentive, understood my issue, quick resolution both occasions to my satisfaction. Much appreciated, especially at the holidays! She’s a gem. Keep her.

This is the nicest location in Massachusetts! The staff is very friendly and hard working. Also, the shelves were fully stocked and organized which is really what makes it the best location in the area. Special shout out to Judy for all of her hard work! I will definitely visit again!

A very good target in close proximity to Boston. Even though the parking lot was packed, the store itself was not congested. Checkout was rapid and efficient. This location has a greater availability of home items than the location in the South Bay plaza. There is also a Starbucks and cafeteria at this location

Beautifully designed store and everything was very clean and tidy. Great selection of clearance merchandise.

Online purchase went smoothly with no issues; pick up was amazing and exceptionally swift and my return didn't give the impression it was a hassle/ burden to the store. The employees I met in the restaurants and at returns were incredibly nice and friendly.

We were in need of a black shirt. We found it rather fast and were out in no time.

Great place to get everything you need!!! Customer service is beyond exceptional especially the gentleman who cashed me out (very patient) i was the last customer out tonight and I’m sure he was tired and wanted to go home as i did also but he was so kind and didn’t rush or make me feel uncomfortable which these days you don’t see that kind of customer service!! So I want to thank him very much and thank Target for hiring such helpful caring employees!

Scott was amazing. After coming to the store and looking for a particular item he went above and beyond to search boxes of unstocked items to try to find it. After I gave up hope he continued to search, and then found me in the store to give me it. It was the kindest most sweet gesture that really made my whole day. Thank you Scott, so so much- for going above and beyond.

great selection and pricing. the discount for using the target card is an incentive. i preferred the previous community donations program but at least Target is supporting non-profits and education. for a big retailer i think they work hard to support local agencies. the new collabs with designers is amazing

Online order and pickup was easy, speedy and the woman that got my order together at the store was very friendly. However the item I purchased was thankfully in good condition but the packaging was torn off leaving the wall art unprotected. Target should probably package to keep things protected during travel from the store until it is used.

This is my favorite location to go to when I need something. I have only seen the store on the empty side about 2 times but even then the necessary items were still available. The staff has also always been very helpful.

Cashiers are always so friendly, nice, & truly care about the customer. I've never had a bad experience during checkout at this location because of those caring individuals. The staff on the sales floor can be nice, but I find there's usually not a lot of employees on the floor available to help when I visit this store closer to closing time (the only time I can usually get there), which can be somewhat of a letdown, but I wouldn't blame the employees or the store for that, since it's not their fault I'm only able to shop there at the worst time. The store is always super-clean & fully stocked, & I find the employees that stock the shelves later in the evening have also been so helpful in assisting me when I'm rushing to find specific items. I love this Target; by far my favorite location!

As far as Targets go, this is a pretty solid location. It feels up-to-date and as organized as you could ask a Target store to be. The employees are friendly enough, and stay out of your way most of the time. There is also a Starbucks inside, which is staffed by pretty competent people. I've never had any problems here.

The pickup team was super helpful! My car was too small to fix the massive box of outdoor furniture, so the team took the time to take out all the pieces and fit them in my car perfectly. Definitely appreciated it!

I worked for the Woburn Target. I never felt like I was a part of a company that made me feel like I part of a big family. I always looked forward to going to work on all the shifts that I was scheduled to work. I would keep an eye out for any kind of bad explosions with the quests trying different fraudulent things to rip off the store. I was able to do my job and my eyes didn't miss anything. I could see a problem with a guest. I was like the store cop. Like I said nothing got by me. The other team members were always nice to me. I'd come to work early. I would wheel around the store. I would hear from the team members. Here comes Joe. It's a welcoming sight to see the other team members come to me and chat for a few minutes. I would keep moving. I wasn't at the store to be popular. I was just working and I felt like I was living the dream. I have a job I have a nice place to live and I have a nice van to get to and from work. I still think about the time I caught a guy trying to get a vacuum cleaner for way than the price on the box. I also think about the iTunes card capper that would happen during the Christmas season. I had so much pain in my upper body. I couldn't even pull or push the door open. I would wait for another team member to help me with getting into or out of TSC. I never said a 1 time that I was in a lot of pain. Can I go home. I would go to the register and soldier up and fight the pain. I liked everyone the same. I called all of my coworkers each and every person. I would say look here one of all my favorite team members. I think I did pretty well for a guy who has a Traumatic brain injury. I felt like I was talking over the portable 2 way like I did back in the day working at the police department. I would call for a GSTL for another team member on a register and I received the call from GSTL. My response was. Receive I'll advise and be standing by to wait for your arrival. None of the guests even hnew I had a2 way on me. I have to say that God was the person who made the job possible for me and put all of the people I worked with there for. You want to work for a great retailer. The you will find the right place in Target. Go to work for Target. The sky is the limit. I miss my family at Woburn Target.

Good products at good prices. Nice clean and bright store to shop in. I placed an online order for pickup at the store and it was ready in less than two hours. All I had to do was go to the customer service counter and show my order barcode and my ID and I was ready to go. The process is really easy and I would definitely order online again for store pickup.

Very large store. Friendly employees. Great return department If you apply for a store credit card you always get 5 percent off your entire purchase!! Plenty of free parking. Wheelchair accessible . Great website you can order items and pick them up in store!!

My son had an issue with card purchased.. Manager was ready to give him a New one without doubting him. Im greatful for my son's honesty and the managers understanding. The other employee that helped in the matter before the manager was so calm the entire time. I am glad I went here and will continue to.. Not easy to find a store that is this friendly in ANY situation!!
