I was a little apprehensive about going to the orthodontist as an adult but had a really good experience at RTO when my kids were patients. I am so happy I went to RTO. They thoroughly explained the process and put my fears at ease. Everyone at RTO takes time to listen and is so kind. The process of wearing Invisalign was much better than I expected. I would highly recommend RTO for children and adults.

Dr. Jay and staff did an amazing job with my daughter’s underbite issue. They were always available anytime we had a question or concern. My daughter just got her braces off a little earlier than expected and she’s so happy! Thanks RTO!

I just finished my 48 week invisalign process. I had an amazing experience with Reichheld Ting Orthodontics. All the staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. The office was comfortable, clean and I was never kept waiting. Anytime I had a question, the receptionist was so sweet and never made me feel like it wasn't a good question. The Doctor and other staff were supportive and genuinely seemed as excited as me with the results throughout my process. Most importantly my teeth look incredible and I could not recommend RTO enough. Also, the shark bucks are a cute idea, my kids can't wait to turn them in for me😂

The entire team is wonderful and full of enthusiasm. The staff is always willing to accommodate you and work with you. I would not trust anyone else other than RTO.

Our family went to RTO Billerica for both our daughter and son. Dr. Jay and all the technicians were knowledgeable, efficient and overall awesome! Danielle in particular is very friendly and personable! Most importantly, both kids have amazing smiles that they are proud of. RTO offers no-interest payment plans that, for us, made the process more manageable for our family.

I brought my daughter in for a consultation and was very impressed! The office is beautiful and clean, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. My daughter can get anxious but she was very relaxed and not nervous at all. The doctor walked us through everything and we went home with images and a plan for a future visit. Overall I was very happy!

At the beginning I searched around for an orthodontist that does Invisalign. I had a couple consultations but RTO was the most detailed and informative. Their confidence just shined and it comforted me. They talked about everything and what to expect each time. They were very friendly and always available when I needed them for a question. I fell in love with this place and chose them. I love the Shark Mascot too haha! They did not lack in personality or communication. I am a person who always has questions but they answered everything I needed. Haha! They know their stuff! I trust them fully! They did amazing and now I'm absolutely obsessed with my new smile. I would do it all again but I promise to use my retainer and keep the smile you guys gave me haha! Thank you guys so much!

OH! One more thing. Since today was my last day and I got my braces off they gave me a little congratulations package which included popcorn shark bucks and GUM! They also gave me a travel cup for my birthday! They don't have to do all that. Super sweet! They love their clients❤. Thank you again!

Great experience. Friendly staff and doctors. I had braces put back on as an adult and they did a fabulous job. I brought my now 15 year old and my 12 year old to RTO for braces as well. Highly recommend.

Since my consultation I have been extremely impressed with RTO. I was provided all my options and all of my questions were answered without feeling pressured into making a decision. I never had braces and as an adult I was nervous I could no longer achieve a straight smile. I was reassured it was possible and felt Dr. Brian was confident I would leave with a straight smile. After beginning my journey with Invisalign I was always greeted kindly and treated with professionalism by all staff. The process was seamless and easy. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Brian and RTO, I now have a PERFECT smile!
