Clean, great staff, and very friendly. The majority of my clothes are from BR factory, and these folks are always happy to help.

Yesterday I had the Ultimate experience with this young adorable manager named Brendan. He was so nice and so hunble. I was looking for a Mens V Neck shirt and he happen to have one on so I told him I wanted the same one. Not only did he try and help me get the same one he had on, he also called two other stores to see if they had it, but they didnt. So he helped me find another one. Not only did he help me get another one, he put it on for me like a store model so i can see what it looks like, and thanks to him, i ended up buying it. I will never forget my experience in this store in somerville Ma. Manger Brendan needs to be recognized. Thank you for a wonderful experience, your District Manager needs to give you a huge raise. You are a great Manger for this location. They are so lucky to have you.

Very good costumer services. I had a problem with returning products. And there was a girl named Amanda if I remember correctly. Very patient, kind, and helpful!

I'm a Republic shopper, I've never had a bad experience, factory outlet so sizes are hit or miss however prices are great choices are plentiful and experience as pleasant as you make it.

The service was okay, but I'm only giving this place 5 stars because the sales they had were amazing! So it was definetly worth a trip there if you're looking for some bargains.

We got great deals here during the holidays. Staff is super nice and helpful. Only downside is no changing rooms to try stuff on during Covid.

Staff stay in door snd let people in only when someone else come out. They dont allow more crowd inside. Very safe to shop.

BR's style really doesn't change that much, so factory items always look like those in the stores. Unbelievable prices and service is always ready available, too.
