I had a great experience. The staff members were very friendly and accommodative of the fact that I had to reschedule a couple of times. They were also running right on time. Dr Urato is very personable and I did not feel rushed at all. I have had a couple of follow ups since then and their services have been consistent. My skin is doing better than it has and I am one happy patient.

I’ve only seen Dr. Urato twice. My first impression was she is kind and seemed to genuinely care for her patients. Had to return today to have an atypical spot on my calf removed. The medical assistants are great as well. She made sure I was well informed with the procedure, and offered some advice pertaining to the general care of my legs since my work involves standing for long periods of time. Will continue to see Dr. Urato for annual skin checks.

Very impressed the way COVID-19 prevention is handled. Was greeted Immediately as you walk into the building with a check point.
Registering was seamless. Meeting with Abby and Dr. Urato was great. I immediately was confident I had chosen the right group. So friendly and very thorough with a plan laid out for my treatments.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Everyone that works here are so friendly and they make you feel truly at home. The doctor relates to you on a personal base, which makes you feel comfortable to talk to her about all your skin problems. They also go above and beyond to help you get all your prescription approved through insurance.

I have no words to describe how much I am happy thankful with dr Urato and her time. She is very professional. The place is cozy and everyone who works there is very polite and helpful. I am always treated very well by everyone. If you need a quality treatment this is the place to be. Thank you, Dr Urato, for everything you did for me.

Doctor wasted no time with my exam and treatment. Dr.Urato answered all my questions, was very direct and efficient in my exam. Made me feel very comfortable. This was my 1st visit to this office and was very happy with them!

Andy, the manager at Monro, was extremely helpful. It fixed the breaks on my 2018 X3 BMW and also fixed the tires on My Rav 4. They provide topnotch services there and great customer service.
