Sheraton Boston Needham Hotel

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The employees treated me as if I was special. I felt safe and slept well. It's an updated hotel with a great fitness center. The elevators are fast, food available on site and in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay a few nights. I will be back soon. Thanks

This hotel is spectacular. The rooms are updated, super clean and comfortable. We made it in to town a few hours earlier than normal check in and Demetrius at the front desk was so pleasant that he found us a room. Demetrius is so professional, sweet and caring for his customers. Didn’t give us a hard time and understood our situation. We travel once a month to Massachusetts and this is where we will continue to stay with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

I was desperate in finding a place for a peaceful night of sleep when i booked a night at the hotel. Very grateful for the quiet room there. Able to sleep through the night and feeling energetic the next morning. Jen at the front desk is friendly. Was hoping parking could be more accessible.

I was absolutely and completely blown away by my stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and huge (and this was a standard king size room with no special features). The amenities were what you’d expect- fridge, tv, iron, but everything was in perfect working condition and made my stay relaxing after long drives and stressful days. When I needed to work - the free wifi was great. The bar and restaurant were great, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Some of my family used the fitness center and pool and said both were very good. I also enjoyed the outdoor areas. Since the hotel is an older building it has more interesting architecture than some of the newer hotels I’ve been to and it lends itself to business meetings as well a family gatherings. Earlier reviews had me concerned - but I couldn’t have been happier and I’ll definitely stay there again.

I stayed at the Sheraton hotel this past weekend with my son. I had a great experience. The beds were very comfortable, its almost like sleeping on a cloud. Front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful, I was also pleased to see they offered a free buffet style breakfast for a limited time it was absolutely delicious. I would 100% stay here again. Its a great bang for your buck. The only negative review I have is the pool was a little cold but other then that i was very pleased.

Demetrius is one of a kind. I have been traveling from hotel to hotel daily for months. California,New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Hands down he was the the best. Not only did he always make you feel special and important by greeting you and Had a smile on his face no matter what. He took the time to ask me how my day was and how my sta has been. I had one small confusion on my part and he still fixed it immediately. That man deserves a raise and be praised. He is 1000% an asset and you don't want to lose someone like that. Thank you Demetrius. You are are the reason I stayed 4 days. I would have left otherwise. Truly one of a kind genuine human.

Was 3 am. on a Friday morning. The guy who helped us out was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us a good deal on two nights and even threw in breakfast on the second day . Rooms were clean and refreshed every day with new towels, and the beds changed . Def will stay here again . !!

I loved my stay here. Very comfortable and clean hotel that is a very short drive to downtown and surrounding suburbs.

The bar was only open Thursday-Saturday despite the holiday weekend and closed at 11, just FYI. Breakfast was pretty good, albeit not spectacular. Starbucks coffee was a nice touch.

The staff were nice, but I found the need to ask for room service the night before to be an annoying surprise. I do not like that policy and would expect to simply leave the door hanger on to decline as normally is done for other establishments.

Surprisingly great experience.
The only problem is the location, not a place where everyone thinks a Sheraton is to be.
Super hospitality and old but clean rooms. I am especially impressed by service from Lisa, Brendon, to name a few.

The hotel seems to be renovated lately. Great and large room! Great location to visit nearby companies! Would definitely stay again. I am Bonvoy elite member and got free buffet breakfast on the weekend when the lounge is not open. Good to see the hotel is back to life.

Nice clean room great atmosphere the front desk fast and friendly the only thing is I didn't know until I got to the hotel that we had to pay for parking

I went here for an event and the food and the staff were amazing. Ample free parking. There are many restaurants and shops a little down the hill from the hotel. I did not get to see the rooms but the hotel is busy and nice.

Capt. Bob at the bar was great. Clean rooms, polite staff and it was conveniently located. Will be staying there where we return to Boston.

Booked for an overnight stay, our room was clean and staff was very helpful. Domino's pizza delivers after 10. Split family we ate at a large table off of the elevator. Dog friendly.

There is simply no comparison to how amazing the hospitality was at this hotel, courtesy of the person you’d expect it from the most - the general manager. My wife and I needed to stay somewhere for a couple days while she finished her (travel) nursing contract, and we found this hotel to meet the needs of 2 people and their dog. Our contract had a lapse compared to the apartment we were staying at, hence the need for a hotel for a few days. The timing was still difficult on us, because the plan became on my wife’s last day of work, I would come through with the Jeep and Uhaul trailer, pick her up from work, and then drive through the night. Normal checkout is Noon, usually, so this presented a problem for my dog and I during the 8 hours we would be waiting for my wife to be off-shift. This is when Vic, the general manager, looked into every possible scenario he could to see if we could arrange a place for us to wait before leaving the hotel later in the evening. Mind you, half of the hotel is under renovation, and so options were limited even for him to consider. Nevertheless, he was determined to find a way for us to be as comfortable as possible, and we went to a small conference room that wasn’t booked for the day. He even pulled an armchair into the room to try and make it more comfortable! I was already so happy that I didn’t have to sit for 8 hrs in some parking lot in my Jeep. His help didn’t stop there. I had to take all of our stuff and repack the Uhaul trailer - which was already packed tighter than anyone should ever pack one - and had to find a way to pull the door closed and lock it, which is the second time Vic helped me. Here comes the general manager, wearing his very nice suit, and he starts helping me crank down on this door as hard as we can to get it shut. It took everything that these 2 grown men could offer to muscle it down…but we got it done. Finally, as I’m settling into my temp room just content and happy for everything he’s done to help me to this point, he lets me know that he took a look at our room charges for some internet problems we faced earlier in the week (which surprise surprise, he was a huge help in figuring out) and he found them to be unnecessary, and removed them. I didn’t ask for all of this hospitality, I didn’t expect someone to go above and beyond, and quite frankly without Vic I would have gladly recommended this hotel anyway. But now, I want to implore anyone who’s going to be near Boston and doesn’t want to stay downtown - stay here. I can only imagine when the construction is done that the restaurant and other amenities will be hugely satisfying…but without all of that, and with everything I faced on my task to get my family ready for a long journey to Houston - Vic was the absolute best manager, and most hospitable person in this industry that I’ve ever encountered. You will love your stay here, just because of him.

This hotel has a wonderful staff who are very helpful. They have been attentive and quite friendly. The room accommodations are also very nice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have all the normal amenities and lots of room. The location is good for the area and the bar downstairs, though perhaps a bit expensive.

Extremely upscale hotel. Stayed here for a wedding and got to see a lot of what this hotel has to offer. Full stocked bar in the lobby and good menu choices for all food available. Rooms are good size and appear extremely clean. Would stay here again for a weekend with the wife.

The hotel was up to par with what I've seen before. Good room with warm blankets, a good air conditioner that heated the room to the temperature I needed, though it got cold quickly. All the amenities were there and the turn down service always did it's job. There was a pool at the hotel, and a weird small gym with a few weights, a few elliptical machines, nothing special. There's an LA Fitness within 20 minutes of the place. The hotel is in a hill and it's easy to get on the higgway from there though the parking lot is a separate building and it's 12$ a Day per room and the exit is at the bottom of the hill so it's a little weird but still good. Overall a good experience

Perfectly located for Logan or local Hospitals. Getting in can be confusing follow the signs definitely worth it. No breakfast no included. Restaurant on site hot breakfast buffet very reasonable. Staff top notch.
