It’s been about a year since I started coming here. Every 4-6 weeks I go in for my facial with Katie and she assesses my issues and treats me accordingly. I trust her completely with my skin and have seen dramatic improvement with my skin texture, pore size, psoriasis and chronic hives since I’ve started seeing her. She’s beyond friendly and knows exactly what your skin needs and customizes the experience to you. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Skin Therapy is an amazing spa! Facial with Katie today was amazing! Feel like I have new skin! Great product recommendation, as I felt I was just trying any new cream on the market. Being instructed by a professional as to what is right for your skin can’t be beat! Beautiful space and heated beds with relaxing music make this the perfect space for a personal care day!

I recently went to Skin Therapy for the first time for a facial with Erica. I had such a great experience. Erica made me feel welcome and made sure I was comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and gave me good tips for my skin. I will be coming back!

I’ve been getting facials with Erica about every 3 months and my skin has improved so much. I wasn’t sure which facial would be best for me and my skin can get red / blochy and Erica suggested the facials that would be best along with products I now love and use daily. Everyone is super positive and the location is great with parking if you’re driving in or it’s right next to the T and easy commute.
I’m also getting married and got the microdermabrasion treatment before my engagement shoot and will definitely be doing that again before the wedding. It really helps with making the make up look better!

I am so glad I found Skin Therapy Medford. The owner Katie is super friendly and knowledgeable on skin care. They have the best products in stock. The environment is clean and welcoming. Erica, one of the esthetician, is hands down the best! She is the only person I trust with my eye brows and facial needs. Overall, great atmosphere and place if you need waxing, facials, massages or makeup!

I've suffered from blackheads on my nose my whole life. I've tried everything from strips to Astringent to even trying to shave them off. Nothing ever worked! That all changed after booking an appointment with Erica at Skin Therapy. I decided it was time to see a professional and man, my skin came out looking and feeling better than it ever has! She is really a master at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed too. Plus gave me some tips on how to take care of my skin from now on. I highly recommend her! I'll be doing a full facial with microdermabrasion with her next month!

Got the Triple Berry facial with Erica. She is the one of the nicest esthetician I’ve met. Made me feel comfortable the moment I stepped in. My skin is glowing!! Will definitely be coming back!

Can I give six stars? I can't speak highly enough about this office and team. I have been seeing Mien for years and am so grateful to her and the staff. The facials here are just fantastic. Every one that I have had, has been completely tailored to my skin, on that day. Further, they are some of the most relaxing and long lasting facials I have ever had. I receive several treatments here inclusive of a variation of facials, massage, pre-natal massage (both Mien & Thom) and have used their waxing services.

Everyone in this office is just beyond lovely and approachable. The location is a breeze to get to and their online scheduling assistant makes my day (you can book your own appointment if you want to or just call them to schedule you).
