Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

Been to Sweetwaters a few times. Always served with a smile. Best egg,cheese and biscuit I ever had. That biscuit was light airy buttery. Pumpkin latte fantastic.

Delightful staff. Bright and clean to enjoy a macaroon. Delicious, wide array of coffees and teas. Yummy chocolate cake. Definitely try the egg/cheese biscuit better than my grandma’s! 💜

This was a really nice little cafe in Natick Center that I happened upon when in the area this morning. There was plenty of free parking before 9am on side streets, and possibly right in front. The barista who rang me up dealt with a challenging situation with a patron in front of me very well, and I wanted to commend her for that (I did not catch her name). A very kind, unhoused woman in front of me, when I was in line again, wanted a tea, but did not have the money to pay for it. The barista was incredibly kind to her, and after conferring with her coworker, dealt with the situation with empathy and tact. It was very, very busy in there this morning, and the two staff behind the counter managed the crowd well and with ease. My matcha tea was great as well :]
There is plenty of room inside to spread out, with great atmosphere.

I haven’t tried their food or pastries but their coffee…!!!! Wow, insanely good. I love that they have online ordering. This is the great pumpkin latte. 10/10

Great little coffee shop! A little pricey but the quality was top level, and the membership/points options for rewards and extras definitely enticed my wife and I as we were waiting in line, urging us to come back again to see what we can get. The small pastry and food options looked great and the bags of fresh coffee beans smelled delicious.

At open they had a lot of quirks to work out but this is now a great spot. The staff is amazing and friendly! The espresso drinks are delicious and the breakfast sandwiches come out hot.

I live too close by and end up coming multiple times a week 😀 I see lots of people working remotely in here but haven’t tried it myself.

They have lots of non-dairy milk alternatives (oat and almond).

Fantastic selection of coffees, teas, and treats. Their brews are crowd pleasers, ranging in boldness similar to Starbucks to Dunkin's. If you love bold coffees, their dark roast does the trick -- and for not the faint of heart -- try a red eye for an added shot of espresso to your coffee. If you need to wind down after a long day, try a tea with a macaron or french donut on the side, and sit outside and relax in Natick Common. All around, this place is excellent. Be sure to check out the dragon art too!

Delicious coffee, nice atmosphere. Also right across the street from a cute park if you want to take your drink outside!

This is my favorite coffee shop in the Natick Area. They have the best coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I've had the pleasure of talking to the manager and man, this is what small busineeses are meant to be. Bring back the caramal apple and i will be there every day!

Hands down my favorite coffee shop! Can't say enough about the coffee and recently have tried some of the teas- they are excellent! Very clean, friendly staff, and wonderful service. The food is also delicious. I have loved the parfait, lemon bars, and the breakfast sandwiches especially. Can't recommend this place more highly, truly a Natick staple. My dogs have also loved the pup cups!

I absolutely love this coffee shop. I order online & in the store and they always have my orders ready quickly. Everything is delicious- I am obsessed with the cold brews… they really do keep my alert at work :) Best coffee shop, friendly baristas, glad it’s in town.

I always get the dirty cold brew and highly recommend it, their coffee is very good! Great atmosphere too and the staff are very friendly.

Wish I lived closer! Safari Sunrise coffee would be my go-to blend. Delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to coming back when in area. 👍👍

Sweetwater's makes the best coffee around without a doubt. Its close enough to walk for me. Service is great. They have wifi.

I'm happy I'm local or I'd have to drive far everyday for my coffee fix.

Really nice place. Greg & Phoebe were very personable and the staff welcoming. Excellent coffee and an AMPLE display of pastries & sandwiches (I had a turkey/ham club combo on a pretzel roll heated up. Delicious and gone in seconds). They'll be a great asset to the neighborhood!

This is a great coffee shop. They are open and available to sit in during these times. The tables are distant from each other, there are lots of disinfectants, and it is completely safe inside. The Americano tasted great, the french doughnuts were delicious, and there are many more options to choose as food items or drinks. Highly recommended!
