She took the time to provide us with meaningful data points to enable us to make informed decisions, and due to us being overseas, she helped us manage ( well above and beyond) all the necessary steps required to get our house listed to sale. She was more than a representative, she was family. The trust we placed in her and all of the additional responsibilities she took on was simply outstanding. We worked with Allan to sell our home and he was the most personable, professional, and dedicated realtor we have ever worked with. He pulled out all of the stops and hosted multiple open houses to help us work to sell our home for a price we wanted during a difficult time in the market. Nick was so helpful with our apartment search- he did a great job of finding excellent options and setting up viewings quickly. Nick was really responsive both when we contacted him and just to keep us updated on the process after we applied for a spot. Completing forms online was a lifesaver, we have moved at least once a year for the past five years and this was by far the easiest time we had of it. Plus, he is pleasant and honest during interactions- definitely recommend!

We had a great experience working with Nick Castucci to find an apartment to rent. He was patient with us after we changed our search parameters a few times but was very fast and effective at getting rental application papers together when we decided to apply. Nick was also very honest with us about the places we visited and didn't try to oversell anything which we really appreciated. We ended up finding a place we really like without having to do the work of searching and contacting landlords/listing agents so it was absolutely worth the broker's fee.

My husband and I worked with Amy Frizzi to purchase our first home in Somerville this past January. Amy was extremely responsive and patient with us! Most importantly, she helped guide us away from properties that weren’t a good fit, even if it meant the process would take longer for her. He was extremely kind, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process, and every step from initial contact, seeing the place, communicating with the landlord, filling out paperwork, getting the keys etc. was an unusually pleasant experience. I worked with Nick Castucci to find a new apartment to rent. He’s responsive, attentive, and a great guy. Although I paid a broker’s fee through Ivy Realty, it felt like it was worth the money, as I had someone on “my side,” looking out for my specific interests, and ready to act with a very short turnaround. I found a perfect apartment that I wanted, texted Nick to let him know, and my application was submitted in the same day that the apartment was listed. As a result, I got the apartment, and jumped the line on any potential competition (there certainly would have been multiple applicants because of price and location).

Nikki was our realtor and she was excellent! The first day I met her she took us to two listings she had and we fell in love with the second home. She is an amazing realtor, she was very educated on the process we needed to go through in order to get the apartment we loved. Within two days after seeing the house we were signing our lease. I am very grateful to Nikki because my roomates and I were having bad luck finding a space that suited our needs, especially since we started our search very late. Nikki was able to find an apartment that met all of our needs and was under our budget. I would definitely advise anyone to talk to her if they are looking to find a new home and I will be sure to recommend her to anyone that is on the search for a house! Thank you Nikki!

Despite the hurdles, short turnaround time, and COVID complications that entailed, nick was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process, and helped to make a difficult search as seamless as possible, and give us a smooth entry into Boston. I highly recommend working with Allan at Ivy. I was referred to him by a friend and for good reason! Allan is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and diligent. He was very helpful throughout the house buying process-I was fairly lost at the start and Allan patiently explained to me what to expect from the house buying process, what to keep an eye out for in homes, what was an easy fix and what as a PROJECT, loans, mortgages, etc. It also took me a while to figure out what kind of investment I wanted to make for my first home and Allan was receptive to me wanting to see different property types. We saw a lot of places-he did the research ahead of time, mapped out our visits, and got a hold of some hard-to-reach realtors to view properties. He also took care of coordinating with my mortgage broker and lawyer-closing went super smoothly. I’ve already passed along his contact info to some friends who are thinking of buying in the future. If you can, definitely work with him!

Amy was amazing to work with. My fiance and I are first-time home buyers looking in a competitive area with a tight budget, and Amy got up early and stayed up late to help us find our home. She remained calm and rational when we were nervous wrecks, and her positive demeanor made the process much easier.
