My parents selected Suzanne and her Real Estate Services company to rent their house. They found good tenants for them and we used their rental services for over a decade.

My mother liked Suzanne when she met her, and after working with her over the past year to continue to rent then sell their house, I can say my mom choose very well. Suzanne and her rental company has been such a blessing to use her maintenance services to quickly deal with any repairs or buy a new stove when needed and sending me the price quotes, communicating with the tenants, keeping the house in good shape, and keeping the water and electricity on when the renters moved out. Suzanne really went above and beyond on so many occasions even coming out herself to wash off the barn swallow poop on the patio and going back to check to see when the babies left the nests, so the nests could be finally be taken down.

She even worked on her vacation when we got an offer on the house. Her network of repair people and own experience really came in handy when we got the buyer's inspection report and needed to quickly estimate how much the various repairs would cost. It would have taken weeks for me to try and get estimates from various contractors.

Suzanne's communication via text, e-mails, and phone calls to discuss items so I would thoroughly understand were appreciated. She would even work past 7:30 pm to talk to me or stop by the house after a busy day to check on things.

If you want to rent your house or buy or sell a house, Suzanne is the best!

Her support and promptness to get me a house for rent when we moved from Orlando Florida at a good price in one of the best places in Las Cruces and helped me with the transition to get my new home. She helped us buy our first house at an excellent price and many benefits in the closing. In addition to getting in touch with a high-quality lender who works with us for the veteran loan. As a homeowner, I would not trust them to properly care for my property.
I wish I'd read these reviews before renting from Property Management Solutions. Suzanne has sent the same incompetent plumber (she commented he never listens to her) three times. Each time it is a band aid of a fix that fails within two days, and so I've yet to have a working kitchen sink since before the holidays.
I asked if the rent would reflect this inconvenience, but since she sends the same repair man to "fix" things exactly seven days after my sink is overflowing, it is technically okay under NM law. Sigh. Know your rights before you rent from this group.

They will steal your money. They took most of my deposit after I left my house in excellent shape because they didn't go to the house until a month later, so of course the grass had grown and the house was dusty. She also deducted the cost of a plumber visit to fix a running toilet. Suzanne is a jerk. I would never rent from this company again. They are horrible.

We rented a new unit in a “quad plex” that was new construction. We had several issues that occurred as expected with new construction. Suzanne scheduled people to come fix what was a “leak within the wall” and the repair people never fixed the sheetrock where they went in. When our lease was up and we moved out she took the repair to the sheet rock wall and the carpet that was ruined due to the leak out of OUR deposit like we were responsible for the damage. I can’t stand thieves and I would never want someone else to have to lose money doing business with them. There are other real estate companies in Las Cruces and surrounding areas. Search them out and mark this one off your list.

If I could leave -5 stars I would. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Highly unprofessional and crooked. Rented home for 4 years from Real Estate Services of NM. Suzanne and Wendell are crooks and do not care about their clients (home owners and renters alike). Will deter everyone I know from doing business with them. We literally had a tarp over 2 skylights for over a year after a huge hailstorm because they drug their feet in getting the process moving. Several other instances of them making “temporary” fixes to things in the home throughout our stay there. A week before we moved out we had a bucket of water coming through the hallway smoke detector during a rain and they did nothing to fix it after we alerted them. They do not properly care for the homes that they manage. The owners should find other representation and if I knew how to reach out to him I would tell him. When we moved in, they did not have the home or yard cleaned for us. I spent 3 days picking up debris from the yard where the previous renters lab tore up several basketballs while my husband weeded the yard. Ridiculous. Stay as far away from them as possible!!!

Worst experience ever. The old white lady is not professional. Very rude will show up to an appointment and take call right in mid conversation leave by just putting her finger up, indicating one moment for 20 min while you wait. No regard to your schedule. RUDE!!!!
