Not Your Average Joe's - Acton

We had the steak tips and shared them between the two of us with a side salad each. Flavor overload. I would definitely get this dish again. We left completely satisfied and not overly full.

As you enter this place looks like a nice, comfortable neighborhood bar. Behind the bar are tables. Many tables. The menu is fine. Children and families eat here. Delightful place. I'll be here again.

Very nice atmosphere and quite large inside. Small bar, open kitchen with a nice fire next to it. Food was amazing. Quick stop from the road unexpected nice surprise.

Been here to lunch twice. Quite happy with the service and friendly hostess to the taste of the dishes. We'll probably visit regularly as we work nearby in Boxborough.

Eating with two little people isn't always easy but it was at Joe's. I hadn't eaten there for a few years and good to know the service, food and prices are still very friendly! Thank you!

Went to lunch with my daughter unbelievable. I was ultimately surprise very good. I had the sweet-and-sour grilled chicken bowl.

I had veggie burger for a change and ignoring the hard buns, it was one the best ones I had. The staff were courteous, the fries were good as well and as usual the complementary bread was good too.

I had the salmon with sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts. That is a picture of a delicious piece of carrot cake.

Went for a girlfriend's B-Day early dinner. Food was great. Large portions. Lots of dishes are spicy.I Would choose another restaurant for other friends that cannot eat spicy food.

Love NYAJ!! My local location closed, so I hadn't eaten at NYAJ in awhile. My spouse and I had salads, me: The Super Crunch with Orange-Sesame dressing on the side. Spouse: Strawberry Fields. We both enjoyed our meals immensely. I had an excellent fresh-brewed Iced Tea. Spouse: club soda with a lime & lemon. We will be back when we are in the area (Acton) or on a special occasion.

When I first heard of N.Y.A.J.in Acton was from an old mate I knew for years. I was hooked the moment I tried it. Great Food. Great Drinks. Great Staff. Left for a new life in Australia in 2015. Briefly returned in 2018 for a holiday and nothing has changed. Still awesome. Nothing like that here. Should I return. I'll be back.

It was super cute and the waitress was very friendly and kind. The design is cute! The food, I wish I got something else but would love to try it again. Bit pricey

Always good. The menu has been seriously slimmed down (unlike me) since our last visit (where's the tomato soup?!), but the BBQ meatloaf is still there, as is the MUST HAVE Peanut butter thing for dessert. Must. Have.

Best pizza I've had outside of Connecticut, and the Steak and Cheese Egg Rolls are incredible. Not pricey, not cheap, worth the price for sure. The atmosphere is great too they play good music. Bathroom was actually super clean too.
