Came here for the first time because my aunt & cousin swear by this nail salon. I’m not crazy, just a gel polish acrylic set. Pretty basic but I’ve had so many places mess it up somehow. My nails are beautiful and perfect. Service was time efficient, didn’t feel rushed, very welcoming and polite environment with friendly staff, and very affordable!

They truly care about their customers - and that goes a long way. Went here for a facial massage lasting thirty minutes. It was very nice . The place is very sanitary and the staff affable. I love the aquarium containing goldfish at the door! The other customers were all regulars whom the staff greeted on a first-name basis. The pricing for the various treatments is very reasonable. Parking abundant in Torrington Parkade out front. Bathroom available for customers.

The best nail salon I’ve ever been to! They are all so nice and really care about the quality of service. Plus they are seriously talented when it comes to design!

Amazing salon. Clean. The family that runs it is professional and all three of them are amazing at both my hands and feet. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a little help with their extremities.

Great nail salon. Best one around! My nails always come out perfect. They also do some really great designs and effects on the nails which other places in town don't offer. Everyone who works there is also very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

My nail salon hired new technicians and I was not happy so I searched Google for "Best nail salons in Torrington" and Lotus Nails & Spa was on top of the list. I stopped in after shopping and they took me right away as a walk-in. I honestly can't say enough about the people there. They were pleasant, professional and the salon was very clean. The prices were very affordable. I have been very sporadic on pedicures since Covid so I was a lot of work, but the technician was amazing with a light touch. I was very impressed and happy to have found them. I will be a repeat customer!

Had a fabulous experience here with Nee. She made recommendations and took great care while doing my manicure. Staff here were all friendly and seemed to genuinely care about their clients. Will definitely be returning here for more services in the future.

I have never had a bad experience here. They take their time and make sure that your nails are exactly like you want. Mine have always come out perfect. Their prices are extremely reasonable and affordable. They have a wide selection of polishes, both gel and acrylic. They are friendly and the salon is very clean. They are easy to build a relationship with and will work with you as well. I always recommend them first.

Very clean, talented, kind, and good at what they do. You definitely have to make an appt here cuz they are always busy but they are busy cuz their good. Definitely recommend as the best nail salon for sets, pedis, and waxes in the Torrington area. This is the only place I will go out this way and I have tried them all over the years.

Honestly, the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. They give you adequate time to actually soak your feet! The time and attention to detail was amazing. Super friendly, super clean, and again, the best pedicure I’ve ever received. They took their time, and that’s often hard to come by.

Absolutely the best place to go in the area. Family-run business (a daughter with her mom and dad!), clean and professional. No matter who you get, your nails come out amazing. They are very meticulous and never rush. You really feel pampered! Would absolutely recommend and I will be going here from now on!

Because of the holidays the nail salons are really busy. I was able to get appointment this morning. Very sweet people and they take care of everyone that’s comes in. Very clean and very professional thank you guys so much I love my nails!!! Merry Christmas and have a great New Year. I will be going back.

This is my favorite nail place around! I’ve gone enough times to confidentially say no matter which technician you get you’ll have amazing nails! They’re acrilycs are always beautiful and regular manis and pedis are too. Prices are very reasonable and the salon itself is pretty and clean. Highly recommend

I LOVE Nhi! She is the best at what she does. She is very gentle and very detail oriented. My nails always come out perfect. I have probably been to every nail salon in Torrington, but once I found this salon I haven't gone anywhere else.

I just had my nails fixed at lotus from a terrible job done elsewhere. Nhi was so amazing and worked wonders fixing a full set gel and gel manicure to look exactly how I wanted in the first place. I will be back to see Nhi any time I need my nails done and I would wait hours for her work. I have never been happier! Thank you so much for helping fix a terrible experience!!!!

Lotus Nails and Spa is the best in Torrington. The place is awesome. They are new owner professional staff, quality work and modern clean .The salon is a lot Gel colors ,great prices and my nails always come out perfect.
