Vyne Restaurant & Bar

I've been to this establishment several times, but always forget to take photos for a review. The atmosphere is so open & welcoming (inside & out). They are always hosting some kind of large get together as there is plenty of space. Love the warmer months so that you can sit outside & enjoy. I haven't had a bad meal here, menu has enough for everyone to find something they like.

Today was our daughter’s bridal shower in the garden room. I can not say enough about what a wonderful job Vyne did. Everything was perfect, such a beautiful room and atmosphere. Food was absolutely delicious, the wait staff was fantastic, friendly, professional, right on top of everything. The whole afternoon went off without a hitch. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

Wow wow wow! The property was absolutely gorgeous, inside and outside on the deck! The ambiance was everything! So much beautiful scenery and space for photos. Everyone looked amazing on top of that! The waterfalls and decor were top notch! I started off with wine and mimosas. The peach mimosas was my favorite! The raspberry was strong and definitely gave us a buzz. The food presentation was outstanding. I do not each seafood but baby the way it was plated, I had to think twice lol. All the pastas were delicious, especially the 1 with bacon and it. That bacon was thick, the real deal! The La Molisana Sausage & Broccoli Rabe was my favorite pizza bite. It had a little kick, that was perfect. The beef tenderloin and Mash potatoes was rich, just a little too salty. My favorite baguette slice was the ricotta. It was the perfect combination of crunch, cheese, and veggies. For dessert I chose Coconut Pudding! IT WAS DELECTABLE! I stayed strong and only ate 1 but it was very hard to resist another. You will see that I walked it around the property for photos like it was the love of my life lol. Last but certainly not least, the customer service was impeccable. I can not recall the last time I experienced fine dining with great customer service. Shout of to the owners and their staff. Very impressed, highly recommend and will most certainly come again! So beautiful at night...I would love to see this place in the daylight. The drive-thru in the center of the town to get to the place was beautiful as well..
It was great to meet the whole family who owns Vyne, they also have future plans to have winery.
They started off featuring a couple signature cocktails and appetizers. I only got to try the coconut shrimp which was just absolutely delicious
The rosemary bread was absolutely amazing!!!$$
When we did the sit down meal we had a salad featured pears on there unfortunately I couldn't have the goat cheese, I wish they had like a sub cheese to put on besides goat but it was still absolutely good
Main course was a beef wellington which I've had beef wellington from Gordon Ramsay's restaurant himself which I feel has set the bar for any other beef wellingtons out there. I really don't know since they did have to cook for 75 people they made it just well done and the beef was still tender and flavorful I personally like it rare.
I feel like the star of the show was the dessert it was a cheesecake with caramel cashew.

I definitely highly recommend this place if you are having a large Gathering, a small gathering or just a night out with friends at their restaurant. They have a really cool private room / Bridal suite.

10/10 cocktail menu and service. Loved their Salted Caramel Espresso Martini! This restaurant space is absolutely gorgeous and makes for the perfect spot for a nice dinner with friends and family.

Everything I ordered was fantastic - grilled lamb lollipops, sweet potato gnocchi with a lobster tail, braised short ribs of beef and of course a little something sweet for dessert! Will be back again soon! Would love to sit in their outdoor dining area next!

My parents have been raving about this place forever. So I took my grandma here over the weekend for a belated birthday lunch. Maitre D’ James greeted us warmly and wished Grandma a happy birthday, which was sweet. Frank, our server, took great care of us and even explained his Apple Watch after my grandma asked about it!
The food was great too! I don’t usually get French onion soup, but it was delicious. We also shared the shrimp scampi toast and Brussels Sprouts (the side, which was super crispy and lightly salted) and the short ribs. No dessert this time, but we enjoyed some good coffee before leaving.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Whittemore (Vyne) Restaurant and Bar. It was an amazing experience the whole way through. Kendall Purdy helped me with every question I had and made me feel so special the whole time. She worked with all requests and figured out a way to make everything work. Even when I was probably annoying her and staff they all were so wonderful. The day of was perfect. It rained on the day of the ceremony and it still ended up being perfect and I did not feel a single hitch (even though I am sure they happened, staff took care of it all). I am so happy that I had my wedding here and I am so grateful to Kendall and her whole staff for making me feel so welcome and so taken care of. The food for cocktail hour was set up beautifully and was delicious as was the entire dinner. Also, the pictures came out perfect because this venue is so amazingly beautiful.

Delicious food, fabulous service, everything fresh and uniquely flavored. Kudos to Omar and all staff for the very relaxed and attentive service. I had the orange ginger chilean sea bass, really loved it! Super modern bar and decor. Toasted with my husband, sipping peach Bellini's. Also had a bite of maple salmon and couscous, which was delish! Awesome pistachio cheesecake for dessert. Every waitstaff member said goodbye as we headed out. We will definitely be back to dine. Took pics outside on the beautiful grounds too!

We have been coming here for years now as our favorite date night out restaurant and were a little worried when we learned of a new chef. What a spectacular meal! A refreshing take on some of our favorites. Omar, our server was incredibly attentive and didn’t rush our night out, which with two littles at home was appreciated. Everything from the drinks, appetizers, main course, and dessert was top notch.

Our servicer Omar is the start to an amazing experience. The food was absolutely excellent. The short rib and Scallop entree are to died for. Beverages to dessert be prepared for a culinary evening you'll want to never end.

Our group was greeted upon entrance, service was great, visited by the owner. The bread and butter was delicious. The Delmonico steak was amazing, all of the party's food was fantastic.

Always a great dinner at Vyne. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent and the venue is adorable. You must try this spot!!

Wow, just had an amazing lunch here. The food was out of this world. The staff is friendly and I love the look. Clean and modern. You really do get what you pay for.

This past October we got married at the Vyne. Within a few minutes of touring the grounds we realized this place could not compare to any of the other venues we saw. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the food is phenomenal. We worked with Mike who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. Kendal, the other event coordinator even came in on her day off to help set everything up. Mike and Kendal did a great job, they are a huge asset to Vyne. We could not have been happier with our decision! I highly recommend getting married at the Vyne

Amazing food, great atmosphere, and exceptional service!

After lots of looking, I selected Vyne for my company's office holiday dinner. The event team I spoke with was very professional and thorough. They worked with me to ensure that they were giving me the exact dinner that I wanted. We had the Tuscan room. It was decorated nicely, came with a bar just for us, our own private bathrooms, and had ample room for us to move around and chat. Our server, Nick, was amazing! He worked with me to make sure the flow of the evening was perfect (cocktail hour, then appetizers, and then dinner). He was even gracious enough to let us overstay our welcome. From apps to dinner, everyone was happy with their meal. I would definitely recommend them for your next event.

You can't go wrong wiring vyne. The drinks are always amazing as Is the food.

Where to start? Everything about this place was over the top amazing. There is a wonderful ambiance to Vyne from the moment you park your car. The walk way has stunning waterfalls and the designers use of lighting is top notch.
The server was attentive, professional, and super sweet. We didnt need to ask for anything- she was on it before we could think to ask.
As for the food, I do not believe I’ve ever had a better meal! My fiance and I ordered the butternut squash flatbread and we both agreed it was the best flatbread we’ve ever had. The mixture of flavors was a well thought out palette pleaser. I had the roasted frenched chicken for my entree and it was the most unique and flavorful dish I’ve ever enjoyed. The rosemary hummus was the perfect compliment to the glazed chicken and roasted potatoes. My fiance had the gnocchi which was another home run. I often find that gnocchi is too heavy in a traditional bolognese. Enjoying it with a lighter savory broth was a delight. I have followed Chef Calin for many years throughout her career and she truly outdid herself with this menu. I am looking forward to coming back to Vyne for special occasions and “just-because” outings. I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful the atmosphere, staff, and food were at Vyne restaurant in Middlebury.

In the several years we have been coming to Vyne’s, it never disappoints. Our servers, Cassie, Keith and Annmarie have always been personable and efficient. The food is delectable. You must stop by and dine!
