So I called for a service cleaning and thank god I did, my furnace and the filter hadn't been touched in years. Way before I bought my home. Dominic and Joe were great! They installed a central air system in my home. Very professional and did a great job explaining everything and answering any questions I had. Andrew and Joe also stopped by to help as this was a big job. They both were professional and helpful as well. Overall the team did a great job. They Cleaned up everyday before they left. From quote to installed in 3 days!! My new mini split system looks amazing!! Silent when running. The quote was very competitive costwise because I looked into it ahead of time. We called 3 HVAC companies.Pelletier offered the earliest appointment time with an affordable rate for a service call. Bill Berg was the tech mission deployed to our home. He thoroughly explained what was going on with our heating system the steps he took to fix the system. He explained the ricing structure for the current service and the prices for a service contract with the company. We will use Pelletier for all of our future heating needs.

After waking up to no heat, they were prompt in sending assistance over. They arrived right at the starting portion of the window making them very efficient. They were able to fix our furnace promptly. Thank you to Scott for the work that he did in helping repair our Furnace.

Will from Pelletier was super friendly and knowledgeable. Explained to me about my radiators and my furnace with the process how they work. He was able to fix my problem quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use them again in the future! Super happy with the service they provided!

Had an issue with my furnace that 2 other techs couldn't figure out so I gave Pelletier a call and they came out and had it diagnosed in 20 minutes.

Pelletier Mechanical and their staff (Gary, Andrew, and Chris) were awesome! We purchased a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split heat pump with three inside units. The installation was clean, professional, and thorough. We also needed a small "tweak" to a unit still under warranty, and Andrew fixed it right away. We also are now having our traditional gas hot water heating boiler serviced by them - it definitely needs some tuning up after 31 years! Great company, great people.

Bill was attentive and professional. Gave us a few options for fixing my fathers mini split system and explained everything in detail. He also cleaned and serviced his furnace and got it running better then it has in a while.

I can honestly say that this company, and Bill, have restored my faith in customer service and professionalism. After having a couple of bad experiences with service providers called to my home in the past couple of months, when my furnace stopped working last week I feared the worst! Thank God I stumbled upon Pelletier Heating and Air first in my Google search. From my initial friendly call with Jolene to request service, to having my billing questions answered promptly and courteously by Jasmine, I was already 100% pleased! The technician, Bill Berg, was extremely professional, explained everything clearly, and ordered the part I needed by phone RIGHT THERE in my basement, not waiting until the next business day to make the calls to look around for the part! I could go on and on, but I plan to hand out some business cards to my neighbor, and some friends-- THAT'S how relieved I am to have finally found a trustworthy company to work with me! And one of the best aspects if this company is that they send you the name and a photo of the Technician who will be coming to your home (as a single Mom, that extra safety measure means a lot!), AND they give you a 2 hour window of their arrival time (instead of 4+ hours, or no info whatsoever, like many service providers do), and text/call with updates if the Technician is running early or late. That is KEY if you work outside the home! 5 STARS, no question! Thank you, Bill, and the rest of you at Pelletier Heating and Air!

I just had Jay come to run an estimate and was beyond impressed. Knowledgeable, polite, And extremely helpful. I was actually struggling to run vent to my dryer, and he took the time to help me with it!

My experience with Pelletier was great. They made an appointment for the next day. Then called back, because of a cancellation and rescheduled for the same day. The technician (Will) was on time and very polite. He was confident and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a short time. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and would contact Pelletier for future heating problems.
