A bit disappointed. Ordered a template which was shipped and arrived, but incomplete. After an email, promise was made to complete the order. Received the file and was able to complete the template. Great!

Positively awful customer service and a bad product. I ordered a template a few months ago and did receive it, but there were numerous problems that make the kit unusable (routing errors on the neck). Krushinsky responded right away to my inquiry about *purchasing* the kit but went silent as soon as I told him I had a problem. This guy is a cheat and is apparently just guessing when it comes to setting up his CNC.

Ordered a template on January 18, 2023. It is November 14, 2023 and I still haven’t received my template. Waste of $130, if I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Placed an order almost three weeks ago. Does not respond to phone, text or email.
He has a bad reputation on guitar forums. Unfortunately I had not read these. I’m out a total of $89. Do not risk your money with this guy.
