Great, reliable service. The staff was very courteous and pleasant. The car lines were handled properly. The vessel were very clean and orderly. The food selection was good on board. The ride was smooth and on time. The toilets on board was very clean.

We bought round trip tickets for Vineyard Harbor but they let us return from this port without question. Great ride. If you take the 6:15 ferry back you’ll see the most beautiful sunset.

We took our bikes to Martha’s Vineyard on the ferry and it was a great experience. We rolled the bikes onto the car deck before they loaded the cars and then went upstairs for the 45 minute crossing. Went back to the car deck after the boat docked and rolled off after the cars unloaded. We were able to ride the bikes from the parking area on the mainland easily. I definitely would not take a car to the island. The traffic was sooo bad but we rolled right past it all on the bikes with ease!

Talk about a well oiled machine- this operation is amazing! From begining to end of our journey- booking passage online- to the "que" to board to the ferry trip itself- all done with order and professionalism. (And all of the restrooms were spotless! In land and on the ferry!!! Hugely important when traveling with children!) A wonderful experience!

They do a GREAT job , thank you one and all it was a bit trying lately with the storms and you guys all did a great job re routing and staying on schedule!

It cost me approximately $240 for a round trip ticket for my Jeep and 2 adults. Plan on arriving about 1 hour early to line up. Standbys will be allowed to board in place of any no-shows. It takes about 35-40min to get to Martha’s Vineyard.

Friendly staff if you take Steamship Authority. (Seastreak nor so much)

Safe, easy travel to Martha's Vineyard. Traveled on the ferry for labor day weekend. Everyone that I saw had on protective masks😍.

It's the best way to get to and from MV island, unless you like Cessna planes

2.5 hours to Falmouth from East Hampton, CT.

20.00 for 1 night/2 days parking, few blocks away.

They didn't approach us to tell us where to be and what to expect (our first trip taking our motorcycles across) so I was a bit put off, but every person we approached was super helpful and nice about it, going out of their way to be informative. Lesson learned: just ask! The trip was quick and well organized. Going out of Woods Hole to MV they said to stay with your bike the first 5 minutes for a left turn. We ended up staying with them the whole 45 minutes and they swayed a lot but never felt in danger of falling over.
