While staying on Martha's vineyard we obviously had to check out this brewery since it was right up the street from our hotel. We got there just as supper time was getting going but we're able to get a seat right away The staff was pleasant and accommodating and waited on us promptly. I ordered a sampler of their beers which are brewed on-site and they were all quite tasty. The décor and atmosphere feel rustic but comfortable and they serve typical American fare. Everything from the kitchen came out promptly and was cooked to temperature. There is both indoor and outdoor seating here we chose to sit indoors at one of the high tops but there are several tables, booths and bar seating. This is a very nice comfortable brewery and restaurant you won't go wrong stopping in here.

Darya, our server and David, the manager rock! They made our meal even better. The ribs, tuna poke, and arugula salad with goat cheese and chicken were amazing! The pumpkin cheesecake is to die for!! And don't forget to order the wicked pumkin beer rimmed with sugar and cinnamon!!!! A must visit when on the Vineyard in the fall!!!!

This place left my wife and I in awe....mazement. this was like being back home in Chicago with a vibe where everyone is just laughing and talking to each other like old pals. Definitely made everything taste better, especially the drinks 🤪. Martha's Vineyard is something special that we thought we'd never be able to experience let alone drinking with many of the locals. By far the best time just talking about how amazing this place is. Staff was amazing and made suggestions.
The restrooms were clean and lots of old school signs and memorabilia. The whole bar is full of all sorts of fun interesting stuff.

This place is an absolute 💯 must. I highly recommend checking this place out.
We plan on going back real soon and this place is a big reason why. CHEERS

My sister and I celebrated our birthdays & Mother's Day at the Offshore Ale Co.
It was a pleasure being introduced to a new establishment other than our regular go-to spots; Nancy's or Lookout Tavern.
I met General Mgr. David Rolanti. He was courteous and friendly. Mr. Rolanti aided my painkiller. Our server was wonderful ♥
The food is fabulous 👌worth every penny. The atmosphere is robust.
I shall return 🥰

Our second visit here. In July we sat outdoors and the end of day sun was warm and toasty. In October, it was 58 with 25 MPH winds so we sat indoors by the window.

We had the chicken pesto pizza and a couple of beers. The pizza was hot and gooey and delicious! We just had the leftovers in the air fryer and it was even better the next day! 🥳

We just had drinks but everything was great! Morgan was working the bar by herself. She held a smile the entire time and kept up with a full bar and waitstaff orders. She’s a gem! Beer was really good. We also tried the white sangria and the shandy-both were great!

The food here was great. I first ate here almost 15 years ago, and I enjoyed the food so much. My ex went back a couple times to have their chowder and lobster roll. I remember the peanut shells on the floor, but I guess they got rid of that. I ate here with my siblings this time. We got lobster rolls, BBQ wings, beets salad and their chowder. Best chowder on the island, for sure. Not sure if they add ham or bacon to their clam chowder but the smokiness was unique. I could three bowls of this soup.

We really enjoy visiting Offshore Ale Company when we are on the Vineyard. We love its warm, casual and inviting atmosphere. The vegan options aren’t extensive, but there are enough. This time we had a great pizza which they veganized by leaving off the cheese. This is one of our favorite places.

Delicious truffle fries and burgers. They offer their own also very tasty beer.
Brewery atmosphere inside and some tables outside. Very good service. The staff regularly refills water. I really enjoyed my stay.

We loved the food, beer, service, and the ambiance so much the 1st night, we kept coming here for dinner for the rest of 3 nights of our stay!
We loved their veggie, and bbq chicken pizza. Their chowder was one of the best we've had.

We had an amazing dinner here. We got the bbq chicken pizza which was great, had a nice thin crust. You can see right into the kitchen and watch them throw the dough and fire the brick oven. The beer was also delicious, and they had good options. Great atmosphere overall super fun. My one issue was that the truffle parm fries we got were too plentiful we didn’t need half of what we got which was a mountain. Order only with a big party is my recommendation

Lovely bar, friendly staff & great food! Husband and I just popped in for lunch visiting the island - plenty of vegetarian options for me and lots of choice for him too! Very generous portions, great atmosphere and clearly very popular on an out of season Sunday! Would recommend!

Summary: EAT THE CLAM CHOWDER. JUST. EAT. IT.

The chowder is the absolute greatest ever. Hands down. No questions asked. Even if you don't like beer, if you're in Martha's Vinyard, find your way here and eat some clam chowder.

So the beer is good, yeah. New England is a massive bomb of craft beer, so while Offshore Ale isn't THE BEST BREWERY EVER, their beer is good. They usually have 8-10 beers tapped at the same time. They do offer beer flights of 4 if you want to try a bit of everything.

The atmosphere is really cool, they have extremely high ceilings with natural wood everywhere and big glass windows inside that let you see into the actual brewery. There's about 10-12 bar seats plus table service throughout.

Some of best made from scratch food in ALL of Martha Vineyard. The clam chowder is fresh and full of clams without a lot of potato filler. The fish and chips is fresh sweet fish you can tell it’s not frozen like other restaurants on the island. The beer is tasty with a large selection to keep diverse palates happy. Also Sophia waited on our table she was amazing very accommodating and super knowledgeable about the food. She went out of her way to make sure we had good service. This restaurant and brewery was amazing some of best food on the island and at reasonable price point. In addition they give 3% of profits to the kitchen staff! What a great owner and idea. Check it out you will not be disappointed.

WOW! This place was amazing!!!! The service & the food were exceptional. Try the chowder & the seafood stew. Freshest oysters we’ve ever had. Beer also fantastic. Can’t wait to return.

Recommended by our Bed & Breakfast in Vineyard Haven.
Drove over to Oak Bluffs and so glad we did.
Thought parking would be a problem, but squeezed into a space.
Told 20 minute wait at 19:20hrs, but not surprisingly they didn't take my English phone no. to make an international call when table free. Happy to wander/ gawp at the nearby shops, returning 20 mins later and sat immediately.
Atmosphere brilliant, excellent choice of beers. Usual American problem of calling an IPA over 5% a "session beer"; any Englishman knows a Session Beer is under 4% so you can drink more than one in a session and drive home.
Shame they don't do desserts, lost sales opportunity there.
Saw 7, yes Seven people squeezed into one booth - just why ?

There are a few breweries on Martha's Vineyard but this is hands down the one to visit. Offshore has a great variety of styles of beers, and they offer tasting flights, so if you're hesitant to commit to one you don't have to! They also offer food including fresh oysters. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The brewery is also close to other great locations so it's a perfect stop if you're in town.

Great atmosphere! Pizza and beer were great. Had the meat lovers and was not disappointed. Outdoor seating is pet friendly and is an amazing plus!
