Crane in Falmouth was outstanding with the sale, delivery and service of my new gas dryer. Mike showed up and completely disassembled and reassembled the dryer when a minor issue arose. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and provided excellent customer service!

Crane's customer service is outstanding! A refrigerator failed at our food pantry and Crane's made it a priority to get a technician out within a few hours of submitting my request. Their promptness, their texts and emails keeping me informed, the great technician and the general 'niceness' of the entire staff is hard to find in this day and age. This is why we should support our local businesses whenever possible! Thank you Crane Appliance!.

We had a service technician from Crane Appliance to fix our stove. He was on time, very courteous and professional. He fixed what was wrong but also checked every aspect of the stove to make sure everyting was in good order. Great experience.

I went to Crane Appliance on Saturday February 24 and associate named Peter helped me find a washer on sale. Today, February 28, the washer was just delivered and installed and tested out by 2 very efficient and professional men. Very pleased with the whole process!

I'd like to recommend David Frazier for his terrific service while we visited the Falmouth store on 11/3/23, to find a replacement microwave oven. The oven had to fit into an installation setting, over an existing oven. We found a floor model that would work, but it was all black, when the color scheme of a stainless model would suit the setting better.
I was willing to live with the black one, but Dave asked us to hold off, while he looked for something he thought might be a better choice. Soon he found a stainless model of the same dimensions and features that indeed, did look better. Oh, and it costs thirty bucks less, is that OK? At home, it fit the setting perfectly, it works great and Dave's thoughtful perseverance in going a step further to make things better is very much appreciated.

Bought a new refrigerator from the Orleans location and it was a smooth and easy experience. David helped me pick a model and reviewed my current measurements, etc and was super helpful. The delivery was very organized and Crane's uses a texting system throughout the delivery day updating you where they are and the timing. I appreciated that! Highly recommend Crane's.

From Sales to Delivery everything went smoothly. We discovered that our refrigerator (over 20 years old) had failed on Monday and we had our new one up and running on Wednesday morning. Well done!

My family recently experienced failure of our 4.5 year-old Bosch refrigerator. Crane Appliance promptly responded to our request for assistance with repair of the appliance. Their technician, Gui, was thorough, professional and honest with his assessment of the problem. He suggested repair would be as expensive, if not more expensive, than replacement of the appliance. Based on Gui’s assessment, I contacted the manufacturer to express my disappointment in failure of this expensive refrigerator after such a short time. Acknowledging my frustration, the customer service representative at Bosch advised me to our follow the manufacturer’s grievance procedure to request assistance with repair or replacement of the appliance. After attempting repairs without success, the manufacturer agreed to refund our original purchase price for the appliance and we were able to purchase a new refrigerator directly from Crane.

Though the outcome was more than satisfactory, the manufacturer’s grievance process was lengthy and somewhat tiresome. The ongoing support we received from Sandy in Crane’s purchasing department contributed greatly to this very positive outcome.

I have nothing but high praise for the service staff, Gui, Josh and Joe; the sales representative in the Orleans showroom, Robert; and especially for Sandy in the purchasing department. Thank you all for your assistance!

Great experience at Crane Appliances. Super help from the sales person finding us the right washing machine. The delivery was a dream, the guys were fantastic removing an old leaking machine without causing any mess and installing the new. The App tracking the delivery time is a great idea. Patrick and Isaiah did an amazing job delivering our freezer. They kept us informed of exactly when they were going to arrive, were very neat and careful taking out the old freezer, and had a wonderful system of lifting with straps that gave them total control (and saved their backs) when putting in the new freezer. They were both great!!

Outstanding job with gas range delivery. Old removed and new one installed in 20 minutes with all packaging materials taken . My plumber in on the way to do the gas hookup.
This is my 3rd major appliance purchase from Crane in Orleans.

The whole "replacing the washing machine" experience was a breeze at Crane Appliance. Matt in the E. Falmouth store asked my wife a few questions and then casually helped her find exactly what she felt we needed. The write-up and delivery scheduling went quickly. After excellent communications from the delivery dispatch unit the delivery team showed up exactly as predicted. The two guys made quick work of the install...polite, competent, professional. We'll go back to Crane!

Buying my GE Profile washer/dryer combination at Crane Appliance was a positive experience from start to finish. Kat was great to work with during the purchase, and the delivery was prompt. the two men who brought the washer/dryer to me arrived when expected, worked well together as a team, were efficient and removed all packing materials and took them away.

My second purchase was from Jason, he also provided excellent service,all of my questions were answered and the ordering process was quick and efficient. We bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from Crane. Their customer service is outstanding. The first fridge delivered was defective from the factory the day on arrival. Immediately we called Crane and they sent a technician out that day to diagnose it and then arranged to pick up and deliver another new fridge. The delivery men were very professional and went above to make sure our new refrigerator was installed correctly and that we were happy with it. We recommend Crane Appliance and will return for all our future appliances.

Crane Appliance is amazing. Prompt service, always get someone live when you call. Joe is a great friendly tech. Personally have know the Cranes for over 20 years. Highly recommend.

A technician came out to our home with a trainee. It was terrific to see how the technician carefully guided the trainee through the process.

There was a wait period for the part.

When the part arrived a technician came out to the house and installed the part without any hiccups.
