Cumberland Farms

This is one of the best cumberland farms. They have a deli like counter where you can buy hot sandwiches and food. I've been to a lot of gas stations in my life, and this ones in the top 10 %

New location on 400 Falmouth. Very clean and accommodating. Great service and tasty pastries. Also giving free fountain drinks until end of June.

Kara. Cassandra. These young ladies are wonderful. Make coffee and are so nice to deal with. Excellent customer service 👍

B.New just open today. Nice instalations, all very good except for the food. Pastys kinda expensive (same price for a burguer) and tasty nothing. Whoever is preparing those doesn't know nothing about cooking. put some at least salt and pepper on it...

Please stop with the overly aggressive GOOD MORNINGS!! It's rude and completely unnecessary. Otherwise great cumbies with a good friendly crew.

Provided ID and Debit Card that provides proof of identification and they still wouldn’t let me purchase cigarettes (obviously a 21+ purchase) an I am almost 30. Was very nice an cordial. Cashier was completely ridiculous so went to the store down the street instead for gas and cigarettes. Quite unnecessary. Do not recommend.

I stopped here with a female Co worker so we both could use the restroom. She proceeded to go in and use the restroom. Came out told me where it was located in the building. I walk in, I see the door is closed. I ask may I use the restroom and I am told by an older gentleman there is no public restroom. I reply with "My female co-worker just came in and was allowed to use it." and the response was "We don't have one for you the closest is down the street!" Blatantly rude and I'm just disgusted.

I frequently use this store. Have always had excellent customer service until today. Extremely rude and flat out nasty attitude from the woman at the hot food counter. I left my coffee and walked out. She is a toxic exception to the overall lovely staff.

The manager (big guy, white beard) is so rude to customers and employees! He will regularly let lines of 6-8 customers form without opening up his register. Instead he stands there day dreaming and looking out the window. When he’s by himself and does have to work, he acts like you’re disrupting him from something more important. The rest of the staff is great, and I like every other Cumby’s In town. It’s unfortunate that one miserable man ruins this particular store.

Both bathrooms marked "out of order" for no reason.

Store manager is horrible to his customers & Employees and when he works he never fills anything if it's empty he says oh well guess it's​ empty & Coffee station never stocked and store is supposed to open at 5am He is never there until 5:15am at earliest How he still has a job amazes me!!

The credit card machine always problem I have to wait hour to buy anything crazy
