Hertz Car Rental - Las Cruces - Ramada Palms Inn HLE

Alexis was very helpful!! I had reservations at enterprise and again (second time in the last year that they gave me issues) upon arrival is when I was told they didn’t have a car for me. I asked where else I could go they said maybe Hertz but probably would have nothing also. I went with no reservation and Alexis helped us out and was great all the way around! I will be going back no questions asked. We like to do weekend trips and everything after that was smooth!!

Thank you Hertz. Everything was awsome from reserving the car,picking it up,my trip,and dropping it off. I also was able to use my bank debit card which was a pain in the 1st place while searching for rentals at other locations. Thank you,you helped me in many ways that you cannot even know. We are now safe.

It was a little confusing to find at 1st. The store is located inside of the hotel. You have to go in through the front doors and go left past the salon to find it.

Other than that, we had no problens.

Nate was super helpful with getting the car ready for us. And when we asked if the windshield washer fluid could be topped off, he sent us over to a local shop to get everything double checked before our trip. (For free) We were driving from NM to CT, so every precaution was important.

If we happen to need a rental car in NM again, I'd certainly go back.

They've been good to me over all the rentals I've had thru them. If they dont have the size vehicle you want they'll offer you a better vehicle in its place. Fair, competitive pricing also.
