Karina, dental hygienist is absolutely great.! Makes you feel like you are visiting a good friend. I enjoy the staff and dentists, and have yet to leave feeling any pain. As scared as I am of dentists, I no longer fight the urge to not go see a dentist. You might say it’s a pleasant experience!

I truly enjoy the welcoming feeling I receive whenever I enter Gentle Care Dentistry for an appointment. The staff are polite, friendly and professional. Each and every visit I feel that all of my needs as a patient are met: the Dentists are kind and compassionate, the building is immaculate in its cleanliness and tidiness and the positive energy at Gentle Care Dentistry is palpable, you feel at ease and comfortable as you receive treatment. Highly recommend Gentle Care Dentistry for what they have set as the precedent in above and beyond patient care.

I had a very enjoyable experience which says a lot for someone who gets nervous every time she has to see the dentist. Fortunately my hygienist, Ashley, made me feel comfortable. She was very thorough, quick, and took time to answer a couple of questions I had. Even though we do not have dental coverage, we still make it a point to go for cleaning every six months.

Brandy is the best hygienist. She did a great job is fast and professional. Dr. Thomas is great. He is caring and concerned. Took great care of me. The office staff was friendly and helpful. All in all a great office. Highly recommend.

Gentle Care Dentistry provided me with not only quality care but also a great over all experience. I was beyond impressed with the attention to detail they provide their patients. Walking in you’re greeted with very friendly staff and a welcoming environment. They provide you with complimentary coffee and water and a very clean comfortable seating area. Brandi the R.D.H was very detail oriented and explained the whole process of the visit and all the services they provide including the comfort menu. The comfort menu was truly something I have never seen provided by a dentist and was certainly a special touch. Brandi performed my cleaning, xrays, imagining and she did an exceptional job! Brandi also went through a Hygiene Fitness Report which was a great tool to have to understand the treatment that was provided and further recommendations. I saw Dr. Dominic Marketto and he was very thorough with explaining my recommended treatment options. He answered all my questions in a professional yet friendly manner. Dr. Dominic Marketto made it easy to feel comfortable to move forward with treatment options and to trust that he has his patient’s best interest in mind.
Going to the dentist in the past was typically something I hadn't looked forward to but they truly made it a breeze. I would highly recommend Gentle Care Dentistry, I can honestly say it was the best visit to the dentist I have ever had.

I dread going to the dentist, but always have a good experience at Gentle Care. All the staff are very friendly and they put extra effort to make clients comfortable with complimentary amenities to choose from (like a weighted blanket, an eye mask, lip balm, neck pillow, a hot towel with essential oils, ext.). I enjoy the music they play, the smell of the freshly baked cookies baking (which you can take home), nice lighting, art decor, and overall atmosphere. I appreciate mostly how warm and friendly the hygienist are though.

The level of communication was amazing. I knew exactly what my results were and the costs without feeling questionable on anything. They made my appointment feel so seamless and comfortable. The dentist, Dominic Marketto, was phenomenal. He valued being conservative and allowing me to keep as much of my natural tooth as possible. He earned a patient for life. My tech was also wonderful, Hailey. She was so kind and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I'll never go anywhere else!

Love this office and how well the staff treated me and paid attention to every detail possible to make my first visit want me to return back as a forever patient. I moved from Arizona and needed to establish care, so I found this office through my insurance network and then paired down my options by other reviews… and I was not disappointed. Everyone from the front staff to my hygienist and then to my dentist were polite and thorough. You are offered a complimentary item off “the menu” to help ease anxiety and maximize comfort during your cleaning, and I was able to choose the soothing eye mask to protect my eyes from the procedure but also to calm my nerves which were already high as I do not have the best experiences with previous dentists. I left the office with confidence in how to best take care of my teeth as well as a full report of costs of future items I was curious about so I could start budgeting. It was the first time in a long time that I didn’t leave more frazzled than I went in. I definitely recommend this office for anyone who struggles with finding people with good bedside manners.

Best Dental Office EVER! This was the best experience I have ever had. If you are a person that gets a little nervous when its time for your dentist visit then look n further, this is the place. This office goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.

I hate having my teeth cleaned.! However, the wonderful people at Gentle Care Dentistry make the experience pleasant. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists and doctors are so kind and professional. I have recommended them to many people.

Everyone there was super polite and kind. The young lady that cleaned my teeth was extremely gentle and explained everything. I was very nervous about going to the dentist, it’s been over ten years. But this was a good experience and I will continue to go. Very clean and professional. I would highly recommend.

Being from out of State and relocating to Las Cruces, NM I needed a new dental office. I received a referral from close friends from church. My experience was very positive. The Staff is very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Dominic Marketto and Karina attentively listened to my concerns and offered options my previous Dentist did not which I appreciated so much. Always a good idea to get a second opinion. I will definitely refer family and friends to this dental office. 😀

This is my favorite dentist office I’ve ever been to! Every Dentist I’ve seen there is so nice and calming. I’ve had Vanessa as my hygienist many times and she makes going to the dentist so enjoyable and does a great job on cleaning teeth!

Best cleaning I've gotten in many years. Devin is a very professional and knowledgeable hygienist and Dr. Ramirez was through and explained all procedures in detail. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I was referred to Gentle Care by my boss and I’m so glad I was. Everyone there is awesome. From when you walk in the door is great bc they’re playing music (not elevator music) and you can tell there’s a lot going on-good stuff! Cher the RDH was so great. She was very fun and immediately made me feel comfortable-like I knew her already. Plus I could tell that she really loves what she does and she’s extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Marketto was very nice and took the time to explain things to me. I have a lot of work to be done but he broke it down and explained everything that was going to be done and I’m not overwhelmed. I know it’s going to take time but I can do it in stages and he prioritized everything so that I can do it at the pace that I want to. I told them that I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist so much in my life! I highly recommend Gentle Care 100%

I needed emergency dental care. Although Gentle Care couldn't get me an appointment the same day, they did fit me in the next morning. They identified the issue, an abscessed tooth that needed a root canal, and referred me to a local dental office that could perform the procedure I needed. In the meantime I was prescribed antibiotics and pain medicine to hold me over until the root canal appointment. After the root canal Gentle Care fixed the crown. They were incredibly efficient and did great work. I highly recommend Gentle Care Dental.

I just got back from my first appointment as a new patient, and I had a great time there. The hygienist was excellent, as was the dentist who saw me. They were very thorough and took the time to answer any questions I had. I recommend them if you're looking for a dentist.

Wow, this office is certainly not your typical dentistry experience. They go all out with pretty much every category you can evaluate and endsome.
From the minute you walk in, you're met with professionalism and a warmth that few places offer nowadays. It almost makes it feel like a fancy spa experience, and its amazing! You get a tour of the offices, people introduce themselves and each welcome you in a very genuine way. My hygienist Cher was a delight to interact with, asked very detailed and specific questions to make sure every single concern was addressed to the best of my liking. They are incredibly insightful and knowledgeable regarding every step of the process and information to help you make the most informed decisions regarding your dental care. Their facilities look state of the art and modern. I met Dr. Drew as well and he was very professional, very knowledgeable and informative regarding my particular situation and quickly made a tentative course of action to address my particular needs, and asked if i had any specific concerns or needs. Very satisfied with the experience for a first time visit, and of course i will be returning for follow up visits. By the way, thank you for the fancy eye mask and the welcoming gifts, they are indeed an extra special touch that made the experience truly unique. So i hope my review will help perhaps future customers decide it is indeed an excellent choice to care for all your dental needs and more. Gentle Care Dentistry is by far the best in Las Cruces. Staff is friendly, welcoming and very thorough with their work. They have a complimentary menu to make your experience more enjoyable and relaxed. I usually go for a neck pillow, lip balm or an eye mask. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent experience for all dental care needs.
