I love this shop...I always love going and browsing. I love the variety for the English equestrian supplies! They always have fun colored clothing and great deals on tack. I'd love to see more saddle pad brands represented beside LM.

By far the best customer service I’ve ever received. I was in a rush to purchase simple black leather gloves for fox hunting, the first meet fast approaching. I ordered two pairs (one pair was out of stock) but didn’t look closely enough at the pics online so when the gloves arrived they weren’t right for the intended purpose. I called the owner who answered promptly and explained my situation and what I needed. Just like that, he sent me not one, but two pairs from which to choose without me even having sent the first pairs back. Not to mention, I now had three pairs and only had paid for two. To top it off, he sent me a return label which even the major online tack shops don’t do. I paid $800 for hunting gear from a different, much company and I had to pay for my own shipping to exchange the items. Needless to say, I’ll always buy my tack and attire from The Hitching Post first. This kind of service is pretty much nonexistent whatever the price point.

This is a great shop! I live in Nashville, but shop their website. Very competitive pricing, and when we’ve had to call for a last minute gift to be shipped, or for an exchange, they’ve been more than accommodating and easy to work with. I look forward to visiting the actual shop one day!

Small shop, well organized and stocked with many things you could need, and probably a lot you don’t need but wind up buying anyways. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have been shopping at Hitching Post for years and am so glad that, between online competition and Covid, that they're not only still around but better than ever. They have a great selection of clothing, footwear, (English) tack and barn supplies and their prices are quite competitive with the online competition. Add to this a knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff and you have a local treasure!

This is the best tack store, by far! You just don't find good customer service like this anymore! Sarah is amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered from eBay store and needed to make a return and Sarah was with me every step of the way! She answered every single question that I had, from literally about 30! No joke! She even asked for pictures, so she could give her professional advice. She went above and beyond to make my return painless and seamless. We found a perfect replacement and I absolutely can't wait to receive it. Thank you, Sarah! Wish there were more people like you in this world.

This little shop is really amazing there is everything you need to take care of your horse but there is also a lot of the horse toy Breyer there they have all the new 2021 models I got Theo but lastly there is a sweet dog named dixi if you visit she is there to welcome you . She is so sweet and loves people she followed me most the whole time I was there but if she doesn’t she is on here bed.

Great store!! Newest items always available from bits to fashion. Good prices and plenty of new and used saddles such as dressage , jumping and hunt seat. A must visit English store.
