McDonald's

This is one of the best McDonald's that I know of. Friendly and fast service. Nice atmosphere and customers. Located at a convenient location. The tables were clean. Everything about this place is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Today I was trying to place an order from the McD app and I just couldn’t figure it out. Our order taker said just drive around and I’ll help you. He had the sweetest smile on his face the whole time he was helping us. He was precious and patient. His name was Antoine. He was so sweet. Bless his heart, he was awesome. I would love to see him acknowledged for his customer service.

This is one of the fastest and friendliest McDonald's I have ever been to

This particular McDonald’s is very clean. I personally do not eat fast food. My husband and kids said that their food was much better than an Indiana McDonald’s. I did go inside and it was very clean as well as the restrooms were just cleaned. It was busy on this particular day, so we did have to wait about 10 minutes for the food.

The food was fresh, hot and tasty.

Got our food fast and it was hot. Seeing Krispy Kreme on the menu was a surprise.

I noticed all the poor reviews and had to say that my experience with this McDonalds location has been nothing short of great.
The young man that is the manager on afternoons is always on top of things, making sure orders are being made promptly and more importantly, correctly.
My food is always hot and tasty.
I actually drive further to this location, rather than two others that are closer to where I live.

They messed up my sandwich but all in all, they were fast and fantastic.

Food was fast and fresh. Fries were hot, which was excellent. Most of the time I get cold fries from other locations, but NOT this one. Thank you to all of the employees for making this a good McDonald's experience.

At 12 noon ordered a daily double, no lettuce. Stale bun and cold meat. Price has done from 2.59 to 4.29 within 2 weeks. Caramel frappe with a small dab of caramel and not filled to top. Complained and greeted by mgr,, what is it now and just what is it that you want. I think they should try just a little bit more. I added it to my DNR list. DO NOT RETURN. This one is privately owned. I asked why the price increase. He said everybody else is doing it.

The staff was friendly and did there job very well. The store is clean, especially the bathrooms. Thanks for doing a great job!!!

Prospect McDonalds has great drive thru services! The staff always greets you and is very friendly. I have always had a good experience with my order being correct ! If you want fast , friendly service you should check them out if your in the area!

Service was fast and the food isn't bad at all.
For a quick and cheap snack that will make you no longer hungry is something hard to do, but they have seemed to pull it off flawlessly.

I would reccomend 2 cheese burgers and a medium fry for a meal that is cheap and simple. It not only fills you up but depending on your body type it, you can even have left overs.
The drive through isnt that crowded either and the employees are quick and easy to talk to, if you have an issue they are happy to help.

Went through the drive-thru so can't speak for the inside, but the customer service was prompt and friendly. The line moved pretty quickly considering how busy they were. Great, hot food at a reasonable price!

I went inside to have a look. The service was quick and friendly. Went to check the bathrooms and they were very nice, no pooled water on the sink, trash was acceptable, and the toilet had toilet paper. The seat of the toilet was clean and the urinal had its disinfectant tablet in it. Mirror was clean and without water spots.
The crew was friendly and fast, My food was ready before I came back from the bathroom and I was only in there about 3 or 4 min. The lobby was clean and the soda station was stocked and clean. The crew at this location really really care and love their job, not just there for a paycheck and it shows in their store’s cleanliness.

Chicken nuggets were not fresh taste like they had been sitting out for hours. Ask for a water and received a Sprite. Service date March 25 evening time. Went back spoke with the manager about my nuggets and got some hot fresh nuggets right out the grease! Thanks! Great Customer service!

When I was there, 5 o'clock on a Sunday evening, it was doing great business through drive thru but absolutely no one sat inside. However, the staff were very friendly, the food produced quickly, and of course the quality as you would expect. All good.
